YSZ and CSZ don't exist at the same time. In story mode, YSZ gets turned into CSZ. It's not like they're 3 seperate entities walking around together. Therefore, all 3 can exist in the game. Just not at the same time.

Cyber Sub-Zero looks almost exactly like Optimus Prime from the Michael Bay movies.

Someone said Sindel's pic is diferent than she is ingame. No doubt this screen is official, but how old is this?
The poorly done images probably aren't the definitive ones, they are just made to know where each character is so the developers could test play them. Quan chi will have a good reason for having his tatoos, after all, this game retells the whole story, I don't think they'd simply forget about the tatoos after so much work over the game's story.
And also, there's only half of Quan Chi revealed on that screen and since he obviously won't be wearing his amulet, I believe the lower half will have some changes.

Cyber sub finally seems to be gathering some fans after being hated since people heard about him =P

There is NOTHING in the story ode talking about Quan Chi's tattoos.

Just because they are both available in the arcade game doesnt mean the storyline is screwed up. It could still happen in story mode.

I guess I'm just pissed they wasted a character slot on something that could've been an alternate costume.

I seriously hope that the "cyber" version is (playwise) considerably different than his human counterpart.

Doesn't Quan Chi have entirely different tattoos than the Dragon King scribe? I know his head at least looks different.

I can't remember his all moveset, but I know he has ice bombs and either icy counter or self freeze. He was missing Sub Xerox and ground freeze. If they don't give him the same combos. I don't see them playing too similar.

My mistake, I thought Hsu Hao and Mokap were disliked because they were terrible *characters*.

However, I guess I haven't spent much time on MK forums because I don't recall Stryker being ragged on for his gut.

I don't care that much for him either. But he's gonna be around for a while so I'm kind of forced to like him. Whatever. I thought one evil plotting sorcerer was enough, but some fans think other wise.
