The shadow priests ought to be doing custodian work in the background. Technological limitations would not allow it in the original MK2, but we've come a long way. Make it happen, NRS.

handy for those cannot get the gamespot player to work, or download from gamespot (though the sd version should be free to anyone). though the youtube link says 720p, it is def. just a 720p upload of the standard res version.

The video was great. The music was horrible. Seriously... I'd rather them just of pulled the Disturbed song off the shadows trailer.

after hearing the superb fan made character theme songs posted on youtube recently, its hard to get into the average quality "official" mk9 music. i did not hear anything reptile related in any way in that song for the tv ad. its decent enough music for a tv ad, sure, but as a theme for reptile? no.

If I'm not mistaken it sounds like Reptile's song from the Inspired by the Warriors CD. Could be wrong.

Music is really bad.

LOL at how the music sounds better promoting the game than as "Reptile's Theme".
P.S. Old Shang Tsung looks so lame.

I'm going to nit pick a bit. It's nothing MK related, but forum related.
I'm assuming why do the 'mods' feel the need to create a brand new friggin thread every time some news releases for MK and someone has beaten them to the post. The thread has already generated a healthy discussion, but it gets locked and an 'official one' gets posted.
With your admin powers, why not just edit the original post? If you feel the need to make it legit or what not.
These guys posting a new thread and locking the original , are they NRS representatives, and that's why they have to make if official by posting it themselves or something?
I just find it extremely annoying, especially when there's discussion going on. Someone stated that it gets 'locked' because they don't notice, that clearly doesn't seem to be the case, clearly intentional.
Not that familiar with these forums yet, but, the one's I've been too don't operate this way. If it's something big, the original thread gets stickied or kept open.
