The problem was never directly with minigames. It was a matter of focusing on independently developed minigame engines in lieu of the main fighting engine. Considering that the vast majority of the minigames on the Challenge Tower make full use of the fighting engine, there is no real issue here.

I love that look, it reminds you of the third Harry Potter film, the dementor effect when they'd suck the soul out of you, except he's using it here to generate an ice ball...awesome.

Well Happy Birthday!

It is really fitting to have Stryker fighting zombies in a graveyard, considering he's voiced by Chris Redfields voice actor. After seeing those zombies, I think its possible we might fight them in story mode. Maybe even other creatures, like Tarkatans and such.

Even though NRS may have no creativity of their own, at least they finally learned how to steal from others. I had been hoping for a long time they would just rip off Soul Calibur. It's been so much better in so many ways. Looks like this MK will finally be on par with it.

I'm so happy they didn't copy/paste Deathstroke's gun animation onto Stryker, it looks way better how he does it with the 2 hands and the holstering.
