And what did Sandra do in her portrayal that was so much better? She was simply a cup holder in a white tank top and shorts. "If anyone's going to kill Kahn, it's going to be me!" I always cringe at that line.

Oh well, the screen shots are nice. I have the Ermac and Sindel one on my desk top.

Really wish they used a different pose for Ermac, that just looks really awkward and unnatural.

Also, I'm confused about what's hanging below Sonya's vest and why she apparently doesn't wear panties if her damage model is anything to go by.

Sindel's outfit fits her. Her fireball looks alright, I would've liked it to have been just energy, right now it looks like there's an actual rock in there. But that's not so much a complaint as much a personal preference.

Ermac looked a lot better in Deception, both costumes. He looks pretty bad in this game.

Sindel's outfit is great but her face, though pretty (which is a huge leap for an MK female) isn't as dramatic and Sindel-like as I would like. She looks a little too...good, for lack of a better word. But she still looks great. I would've liked her hair to be long, I feel like Sindel's hair should be more impressive than Kitana's but as long as it animates well, then I'm happy enough.

Oh and Sandra Hess >>>>>>> Bridgette Wilson, imo. You can't blame Hess for Annihilation's piss poor script. An actress can only make do with what she's given. At least she had some range and was vastly more impressive when it came to fight scenes. Kano Vs Sonya from MK1 is cringe-worthy.

like I also noticed it too, every fucking girl has heels. When it was mileena and kitttana I was OK. Now Sonya and Sindel and for sure jade and the red women, its fucking overkill.
How can I put it.
they make the females half naked with huge boobs, like look at Sindel, how can they be held in place! Sonyas ass shows after she hets hit a few times. I dont like the design direction they are taking with the femakes. Its just boobs and high heels.

I just cant tell if I like Sindels new costume or not, every time I see it I feel different, I dont know theres just little of the mutton dressed as lamb feel about it, I personally think maybe some sheer fabric or something to go inbetween the gaps would have been better, no doubt I will look at again tomorrow and feel differently ;)
On a positive note Im loving the tails Ive wanted Sindel to have those for such a long time and her overall modal is stunning

I think it's a relief that Sindel doesn't show anything we haven't seen in her MKD alt. She's wearing way more clothes than the other women (cept Sonya) and to top it off she even received MORE to wear... That piece hanging from her back.

I couldn't be happier about that. Now if only her hair was longer like in MK3, she'd look perfect.

At least now people can stop bitching about her looking like an old hag cuz her face looks relatively young. After all, Lia Montelongo never looked old anyway.

Did anyone notice Kitana's MK:SM render in the background of the subway stage, next to Sindel's kicking leg? Is that image being replaced? What's up with that? :O

I doubt it. The pictures in the background are one of those little inside jokes that they love to put in. Like the MKA characters fighting in the new Pit background. It makes no sense at all, but it's a reference to something. People love references!

I am not too pleased with Sindel's costume. I like the basics of it, it just needs to be more decorated. Kitana's looks great, regal and deadly. I have said this for a long time, but Sindel's costume needs to have more stuff on it, more designs, she needs a crown type thing like Kitana has. Some bracelets would be cool too. Nothing about Sindel's costume says "queen" the way Kitana's costume says "princess"

To be fair, this doesn't say "queen" either-



And that's what her current one is based on. Anyway, I really hate Kitana's look. I almost prefer that MKVSDC pre-school version with the big blue ribbon and huge bulge.
