Seriously, I stopped trusting this company when I knew more about Pokemon than their Pokemon Stadium guide did.

Though you can get updated cards. Worth the 35 bucks you spent on the guide?

Not in the least... because the cards are not what sold me on it. What got me to spring for it was the very content they are leaving out.

Exactly. Hell ill just end up writing down their moves from the in-game movelist. The reason I got the guide is because I wanted the character evolution and fatality theater. They knew that shit was gettin cut before distribution yet they made no mention of it to anyone. And now they're blaming NRS. Shady assholes

Chances are it's equally NRS' fault as it is Prima's. NRS has done things like this before...You know, when they were Midway. They used to promise stuff and then not follow through with it. Like for instance...MK Armageddon Bios?

Yea...I'd just keep posted for Prima's announcements. They're going to need to do more than the cards and soon, because a lot of folks are just going to want refunds.

I don't even have the Collector's guide nor do I know what it looks in the inside so I cna't really say. Although I will say I would much prefer a physical copy of a guide (soundtrack,magazine etc) than digital.

I think that if they sent out the new cards with a DVD with all the fighters Vignettes Fatalities, Babalities and Stage Fatalities and FREE dLC I'd be happy

Obviously it's part of NRS's fault. Prima can't publish what they don't have. So the character evolution and fatality galleries, the things that sold me on the guide initially being omitted is a 50/50 split blame. And we know NRS has those assets. We've seen them in the art book and in Studio pictures.

The misinformation in the guide itself though is all Prima's fault and the dude who was on Illustrator that fucked up the page layout before the game went to ship leading to the inaccuracies.

Like moseph said. I want what I paid for. I'll send you the receipt, you send me the book you were supposed to.

Character bios appear in the guide, I'm not sure what's meant by "evolution"?

The guide is ok for what it is. I like how it gives you combos to get started with, the art, and what the character main move set strengths are. Other then that, it's crap. It's almost like everyone got drunk after the rough draft and said fuck it.

Well, I canceled my kollector's guide just in time and took the money back (even if in this case it ), thanks guys!

Seriously, if they didn't include anything except for the cards and 5 pages of art (I was expecting something really big from the word MASSIVE concept art), and the guide by itself is just a manual with a lot of ingame photos...

Even if in my case it was 21 dollars instead of 35 as I pre-ordered it from amazon, I still felt it was a waste of money.

Brady needs to make an MK2011 guide already.

This is what I was saying ever since I found out they were in charge.
Their guides for MKGold, Deception, and Armageddon are ALL SHIT,
and I'm not the *tiniest bit* surprised they fucked this one up, too.
