Originally, he was just blinded by the light coming from the souls pouring out of the well, as seen in the MK:DA loading screen.

I don't know if you're trying to make some point towards me, but I've already read that post before, and I couldn't care less if any moves involving the eyes affect Kenshi. It doesn't matter at all to me, as it's only part of gameplay.

Well, I stand corrected....Kenshi does have eyes under the blindfold, but you can only see one due to damage.

His alt color is pretty good. Very dark blue accents on his costume, and green orbs on his hands..

The majority of blind people have eyes - they aren't just working properly. Often they can still see light the same way you see light from a flashlight with your eyes shut.
