The first part of JC's X Ray does not involve bone breaking though and it seems from the footage we got, that Mileena's multiple sai stab could be her updated X Ray becoz we don't see how it really ends...the scene changes so I stand by my original guess. She will probz get a new one which is unfinished atm, starting with the sai stab and finishing with a bone breaking...

I really do believe this could be Mileena's updated X-ray attack and for the sake of keeping the video moving at it's pace NRS left out the internal damage display.
Like others have said not every attack during X-rays break bones (Reptile's eye gouge, johnny's ball buster, Subs liver crush). We could yet see lungs/livers/spleens being punctured during this move.

I don't know where to say it so I'll just say it here.

I think one of Mileena's moves looks very weird. I don't even know what it is. Maybe her throw? She like grabs your shoulders and kicks you far. I might not even be recollecting it correctly, but whatever it is I think it looks very odd. I'm sure someone with laugh at me when I say this, but I don't think it looks realistic. Like a lot of MK moves I think look totally possible if you were some super powered person, but this one throw just looks awkward.

It reminds me of one of Li Mei's specials where she spins. I don't know I just can't really follow what's going on with my eyes and it looks awkward and fake.

omg kitana's hair looks better this time around, i know ppl dont like it but i kinda got tired of her ponytail, flowing hair looks more princessy anyways :) lol i also noticed the "jiggle" feature in the breasts look better than soul caliburs :P i was thinking maybe they should do an M-rated soul caibur with MK ppl, idk about u but i can totally see setsuka & kitana fighting 2 the death :P

I like Kitana, but, she's never been the poster girl of MK for any game. She shared that spot with Mileena in MK2 (both were featured equally). Poster characters have usually been Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Sonya and the otehr varie from Quan Chi to the likes of Tsung and Kano and Liu Kang and even Goro.

Sonya has the poster girl position for all the other games with the exception of MKD (absent) and MK2011 (where the most attention was given to Mileena). However, even in this game that heavily promotes Mileena, Sonya's been featured in tons of Magazine exclusives with so many screenshots, articles, in the new X-Play video that was clearly supposed to be released to show her off a while ago, and she was the one character that NRS teased the fans with by playing around with clues and hints and hidden easter eggs in videos and pictures.

Just an observation.

I also hope Kitana and the rest of the confirmed (yet poorly promoted/featured) cast get some attention.




I'm not going to argue with you lol. You're a crazy Sonya fan, I respect that. I'm the same way with Kitana, so my vision get's askew in her favor sometimes. I still want to see her kick some Mileena butt though hahaha.

I love my Mil Mil shes looking more marvelous with each video :) Im happy there letting her personality shine in this game.

I'm just glad that Mileena is slaying Kitana. In past games it would have been opposite.
