The sad part is that these are the prices WITH a discount. I'm a college student with a sister who also attends the same college. With a 12% increase on tuitions there's no way I could be able to afford a single one of these.

Pretty much my response to this as well. Are they really going to be able to do the whole roster? They look nice from what I"m seeing so far, but I'm definitely not getting my hopes up.

These are al looking incredible. Because these are so expensive, I will be very selective about the ones I'll buy (***WINK WINK WINK***) and the ones that i'll probably never get.

When I first read this, I didn't see that Shao Kahn and Reptile are in the works. If that's the case, I will be getting one. I'd get two if it was classic Reptile. I hope they have an interchangeable head for Shao Kahn. One head without the helmet and one with it. Or they could do two heads, each having a different style helmet. Are they all the same price?
If so,how much are they after the discount?

I've never been much on collectibles but that premium Sub Zero statue is pretty tempting. I wish the premium pose was also available for the 10".

It also be easier to justify a purchase if they had some bookends like the kollectors edition scorpion / sub pre order. As cool as they look, I have no idea what I'd do with a big ass statue of Sub Zero.

The price of these statues is a joke, they should just produce more and make them like McFarlane figures which are practically statues anyway. They would sell more and be able to continue making them longer as well. Plus, they are only appealing to a select few who can afford these, instead of appealing to the majority of MK fans who could afford much lower priced, mass produced items.

Incredible products, priced a bit steep but if the quality is there then i'll pay the price.....they look amazing. Please update this thread when the Raiden one is actually available for pre-order. Getting that one and Shao Kahn for sure....probably Mileena too, gonna have to cut back on the fast food for awhile to afford these.

The 20% discount is really a wonderful treat considering how mega expensive these figures are. I'd prefer it if they were not necessarily rare collectibles. This way they would be more accessible for all the fans out there.

Some of those will equal the half price of someone's rent, food shopping of others, etc. Makes me sad.

I'll definitely get a few of those...a very selected few because there's no way I could ever afford the complete line. The females and rare MK stars that have never gotten a chance to be featured as figures of any kind are on the top of my list.



Sadly, I have to agree with this post and the many others who feel the same way.
