Well well well.Rain is back and looks rather damn good.Now gameplay is what really matter to me.Will his roundhouse kick be a regular move,part of his X-ray,or used to start off one of his fatality's.

He looks terrible. Like they tried to use as little purple as possible. That's not really a bad thing but it doesn't work for him.

FINALLY!!! The roster will be complete with Rain in it. Then it will finally have all the characters from MK Trilogy, as I had hoped for in this game all the way from back when it was announced. Of course, this is counting out C/Khameleon, but that's a topic for a whole other thread.

Okay, here's my opinion about Rain's looks in this game.

It's a palette swap look. I hate palette swap looks. That said, Rain pulls it off well. I like that the design of his outfit is reminiscent of Chinese warriors back in the Three Kingdoms' age. The wave design is very nicely done, simple but beautiful. It's not as simple as Sub-Zero's outfit, but still quite simple in its appearance. The details are few, but interesting. Nothing like Scorpion, who just looks like one big mess.

Only one thing bothers me... What the hell is that on his chest under the vest? It looks like some golden breastplate with a keyhole design which I thought was a small black tie to start with. XD It looks a bit off in my opinion.

I hope we see his hairstyle from MK Armageddon in his alternate outfit, giving him a more unique look. But I am overall satisfied with his main outfit.

... That is if the DLC characters ever get alternate outfits...

Can't wait to see his gameplay. ^^

I can safely say, I've absolutely no interest in the mystery DLC character now that I know Rain is being released so soon. He's literally all I'm going to think about, and I'm determined to master him completely. Any interest in other DLC has just been washed away completely, which is a shame considering I've instantly lost all interest in Kenshi and Skarlet now that I know Rain's coming. I love him!

I literally played with Kenshi for about an hour and haven't touched the game since.

I've probably played with Skarlet for a grand total of 2 hours.

This game really won't feel "whole" until Rain arrives.

I ALMOST thought it said Rain would released on the 11th, I almost creamed my pants until I reread it over a couple times to see it said trailer.

I already gave my opinion. But once again, I love it. I'm glad we finally have a better picture. And best of all, no ponytail. I'm so happy.

I've won 10 matches with Skarlet, I've won around 15-20 matches with Kenshi. Rain will be one of my new mains for life
