I wonder if this was done so his alternate is the shadow. The shadow health bar might be Saibot. The announcer probably only recorded one voice per character because he's referring to both entities. Just a theory.

If he's just called Noob and his clones are named Saibot, it would make sense for them to put the name "Noob" in the bar if his clones are given the name "Saibot." Does that make sense? To me it actually does, to you, pfft probably not. And just because the announcer says "Noob Saibot" and his name isn't all in the health bar, it's not like any one of us is going to forget his entire name just because its not all in the health bar.

I could say the same thing for Jax, he's got a last name, Stryker has a first name, Sonya has a last name but they're never announced. Damnit I want their entire names announced!

This is why developing characters like this apparently causes issues because there's always that one tiny little thing that has to make a big commotion about. The littlest thing. At least it's not about the vomit shit, because that argument was just pathetic.

I like the idea that the shadow is posessing Bi-Han, or some kind of parasite. The dark taint Raiden referred to in Mythologies perhaps, as well as the mental fight in his MKA ending.

As for the lifebar, seeing full names would be nice. We don't have the space/data limitations we had 20 years ago. Shang, Kahn, Cage may work :/

Anyhow...on topic...I think Razor was pointing out the fact that the announcer said the full name despite the health bar only displaying Noob. It really should be one or the other.
