Been playing around in Training for an hour or two now. He's definitely tricky to get used to, and timing is pretty important.

Best combo so far is an 11 hit 38% combo. 40% if one enhanced move is used. Got a 50% X-ray combo.

I fucking love his decap fatality!! He cuts their head off right above the lower jaw, exposing their flapping tongue!! Awesome, NRS!! grin

gah! still no rain on ps3. getting a bit annoyed now. wouldnt matter if i could sleep, but i cant sleep just yet...

Here's a little combo vid I put up on youtube so the PSN users can get an early glimpse of Rain. Spent about an hour or two in training to come up with these. He's not bad!

ITs early, but I'm not feeling Rain's play as much as I did Kenshi, or maybe even Skarlet. He looks awesome and his moves are cool, yet I just am not feeling the style of play.

His story ending is FUCKING AWESOME. Never really liked Rain until I saw how much of a bastard he could be.

Just adds 4% damage to it. Taking it from 7% to 11%.

My highest combo so far with the use of an X-Ray has been 50%, I believe?

Rain's combos aren't at all hard to execute, with the exception of timing the roundhouse or the mind-control bubble.

Also, I think that he has one of the better teleports (Frame wise) in the game.

I just hopes his ending would include Taven and Daegon... He should kill that stupid shitty charaters after realizing that they are half brothers... along with Shujinko at best

I saw it but he hasn't killed Taven and Daegon his half brothers in the old canon.

Theres a move Rain has thats sort of like quan's skeleton boost

he gets damage boost but the blocking is disabled
