@FROID Yeah, I get you, but I still don't know what you're complaining about. Reptile did have sufficient juggles in UMK3, but I loved his playstyle in MK9. You could end combos with a forceball setup, invisibility, 2f3 1+2 into another block string, etc. I thought his gameplay in this was his best out of any game yet, personally. He was very fun to use and very versatile, although his dash was total bullshit online, couldn't punish due to lag and ugh that just was a mess.

'Yet to be announced' sounds like a returning character to me. Maybe NRS isn't going to reveal a properly new character at all and they'll all be surprises going into the game? Outside of other media like the comic and webseries obviously

To me it seems like a new character. Boon said Kung Lao would be in the video also so it would be a great opportunity to show a new face cuz there'll be a returning one. You feed the group that want returning ones and the group that want new characters, everybody gets satisfied.

He said a "yet to be annnounced character". Maybe I'm reading it the wrong way but to me it doesn't like a brand spanking new character. Hope I'm wrong though

So the Video will be released on the same day as the print edition of the comic. Coincidence? This makes me think the reveal will be Kenshi, Takeda, or Fox.

Think about it. Everyone who walks into their LCS tomoro and sees MKX#1 is gonna flip thru it, possibly buy it, then Google "Who the Fuck is Fox and Takeda?" (I'm talking about the general public, not us at the MKO). IF this is the case, It's a good marketing ploy. Becuz Google will take them str8 to the newly released video. Flawless Victory.

Hoping the character is female (won't be Kitana), or it may be male (MK Character- returning/new) or even the guest character....Mad Max!

Idk if we'll get any more new characters revealed and here's why:
Almost any new character reveal could possibly take away from the sales or the drama of the comic. Think about it, we don't yet know what's going to happen with Forest Fox or Takeda. Will they live? Will they die? If either of them are shown in a reveal trailer, it kinda takes away from the comic books drama and story.

I would really love to see a brand new character, but I'm banking on a returning one.

If it's just Kung Lao + guest character i'll be disappointed.
