Raiden needs some new fatalities (really all his previous fatalities are bland and boring and mostly about explosions) and new moves. Some new looks would be sweet as well, but i'm sure he doesn't get it.

Think logically, Ed isn't in control of who makes these teases. He's not in control of the FB page. It's marketing, they wouldn't just mislead everyone with lightning and then reveal someone completely different. Get ready to be disappointed because it's Raiden.
