Tanya is the only character I'd consider playing out of those 4. And I'm disappointed they gave her a crappy design.

Right.......and I get that, but what is the cutoff for Klassic? I guess Im in the camp that when I hear the term Klassic I immediately relate that with retro, throwback, and original. Its hard to say, however, my expectations for Klassic would have been 1-4 characters. In the end, Tremor and Tanya both technically fall into that category. Fuck.

You know now that I think about it I would love to see what the Intro of

Scorpion vs. Tremor is going to be like as he will now have to confront his so called Brown clone.

(Which I don't agree with him being considered as a brown Scorpion)

Tanya was on most people list to be playable at the start of the game cus of shinnok. I don't see how she is a surprise really.

Why are some of you pissed about Tremor? I don't even care much for him, but screw you for wanting another MK9 character instead of something new.

If you want to play as Cyrax or Smoke, Baraka or Kabal, go play MK9, or one of the many other games they've been in already. They don't need to be in every fucking game. We've got enough of that going around (*cough* Liu, Jax, Kitana *cough*). Now let's wait and see how Tremor shapes up before writing him off as trash, you ignorant excuses for "MK fans".

Tanya is far from surprising and more importantly deserved it. I do feel like the term Klassic wasn't the best way to describe this pack as we all know with close-minded, knuckleheaded MK fans what instantly comes to mind: Trilogy. I like the characters to am extent and they all deserve spots, but not to sound like a broken record there are alot of MK4-Deception characters deserving spots more. The comic book alone stands as to why said characters should be DLC by there appearances being canon to the current story. Maybe Tremor shows up in the comic? Doubt it.

Seriously! FUCK Liu Kang. They knew he was worthless back in MK:DA and killed him off but some whining bitches who never gave half a fuck about the story complained and they put him back but he has not served any useful purpose in the story for a long time. It made sense to have him in MK9 because it was a reboot but by the end, he had proven himself to be a pathetic chump who went insane over shit he should have been mentally and emotionally prepared for, and Raiden had to put his bitch ass down. Reminding us all again that NRS is well aware that he is useless. He is a douchebag who barely has a personality. Just a bland generic ripoff of Bruce Lee. They need to leave him dead so a more interesting character has a slot!

Although, I'd've been more down for a Danny Glover skin, but I guess the body types don't match and forcing that would seem racist. But, hell, I'd buy a Danny Glover DLC character. Despite what everybody says, I love Predator 2. Yeah, Arnie the Army man kills the Alien in Predator, blah, blah, blah. In Predator 2 it's an LAPD officer going head to head with this Intergalactic killing machine on the roof-tops of L.A, and he manages to kill the damn thing and get a kickass flintlock out of it!

Finally! One of the characters I was hoping to see (Tanya) has made it into the game! Feeling a lot better about MKX now. The hype train is back on the tracks. Now, if Havik can somehow get in, that'll be golden.

I can't get over how hideous Tanya's redesign is. I'm genuinely shocked. NRS has done a tremendous job with the female costumes this go-round, and this is what they come up with for her? It doesn't even look like Tanya!

The barf-yellow colour palette, the awful hair style (short bangs ?!) and the generic as all get out two piece?

Tanya is a character that deserves another chance to shine like Deception... Was so excited to see what they could do... Sigh.


As for Tremor - meh. Don't hate him but I don't get the fan-push to include him. Especially not over Reiko or something.

As far as guest characters go, I'm not bothered though. Unlike Freddy, we don't have to hate that it's the non-classic version, and Predator is a good choice.
In saying that, I'd far prefer four MK characters and screw the guests.

Want Havik more than anyone. Id also like a dose of NetherRealm representatives and my favorite Noob Saibot more than fills that spot. Pretty sure he is all, but gone base on MK9, but at least throw in Reiko, sheesh!

Exactly, I don't care if Smoke or Noob aren't in but there has to be a character more deserving. Hopefully, when future DLC comes out some post MK4 characters can get some love.

I never played Special Forces and since Tremor hasn't been properly in a MK game yet, he is basically a whole new character! I love that! I can't wait to see how he plays.

Tanya's model defiantly looks unfinished, but given everyone else's look I have faith in the designers. Also, her play style is going to kick ass.

Predator has so much potential to have the sickest moves in the game. I don't get why people seem to dislike guest, but I know I am going to play the shit out of him.

Finally, Jason. What can I say? This man in a MK game is like a dream come true.

The Kombat pack feels like the sweetest icing to add to the MKX cake.
