What the hell are you talking about? Ed Boon said we would see at least one MK4 character and 2 months after he said that Quan Chi was revealed, who was an MK4 character. It's that simple. Some don't want to listen or accept it, that's all I'm saying.

Again, all boon said was "at least one" so that could be 1..2..3..4..5..6..ect.

The MK4 character Boon is speaking of is definitely not Quan Chi. Chi first debuted in MK4, then showed in MKDA, MKA (obviously) and MK9 (2011).
So I'm thinking, besides Shinnok there will be another character from MK4 that has not been in MKDA, MKD nor MK9.

The foot hints are a mixture of new and returning. No female has ever worn a black shoe like that, so NEW for sure.

Well, doesn't completely mean a returning female can't start wearing that.

Although I do believe it's a new female, but if it is a returning character, attire wise, I'm gonna say the closest would be Ashrah.

I do understand your insight and it is plausible that it could be Ashrah. I would be stoked if she did return because she is one of the best 3D era females. I can see her having Kriss, Light and Demon for her variations.
However, the thought of a new character is still not out of question and yet foot 3 can easily belong to Sonya

I really think that boot 3 is a descendant of Kung Lao or Kung Lao himself. I realized that Kung Lao was the last descendant but things change. The buckle on his shoe is too reminiscent of the buckle on his alt.

I also think that boot 6 is Fujin. There's a weapon next to the boot and after looking around awhile I found a pic of Fujin that it reminds me of. The bow is standing right by his side. I can almost make it out now in the pic. It goes up and then you see part of it veer off to the right forming the curve in the bow.

So Zombie Kung Lao maybe?

Just thinking that because Liu had his neck snapped and returned a zombie.

I never liked Liu Kang until the Zombie storyline so I did like that aspect. I also want to see his mk9 arcade ending become canon with him becoming the fire god.

Breakdown for Foot 3

Liu Kang- Would make the most sense considering he was charred and scarred. So he could attain bandages and them cross straps on the shoes is his thing.

Kung Lao- He can become mummy-like instead of a zombie.

Fujin- Not much in relation, but he is plausible.

New Male

Ashrah- Could be her new design, idk.

New Female

Liu Kang needs a tragic rival, so zombie Kung Lao or zombie Kitana have some possibility.

I could not agry more. This month we have got nothing new. Ok the have explained us a bit more about Ferra/Torr and Kotal Kahn. And they have released the full fatality of Scorpion and Quan Chi. But they where alwready leaked.

We need a new character, background or a bit more of the storymode and other features.

Yeah I have to agree. Things have REALLY hit a lull in terms of buildup for this game. I sincerely hope NRS do not attend to reveal only 5 more characters before launch.

Of course they're not going to reveal just 5 characters. But give it some time. The month isn't over and the marketing doesn't even pick up until around February.
