I'm listening to the Fujin segment of the Casting Graveyard Shift right now, and even before I reached the Fujin part, I had just one guy in mind: Jay Chou. His character in True Legend pretty much looks like Fujin.

Great stuff as always. Really hoping that story stuff with Shinnok and Liu Kang is what goes down in story mode.

Another great but long episode it made my work day go by fast. Great listening to you guys as always. Your take on the story mode is exactly what I'm expecting. Definitely agree with you on the leaked roster if its true I would give it a 7 out of 10.

I would give the roster a 6/10 but if for some chance they expand it and we have 32 or more for the main roster I will make it jump up to 8/10.

That was a pretty great episode. Listened to the brutality reveal as well and that long ass graveyard shift which was pretty good. The games that you guys do are very entertaining, like the fuck one kill one marry one lmao. I definitely agree with Temp in saying that i'm just so fucking tired of the speculation now. I'm just ready for the game to come out, it's so boring reading the same fucking roster threads every single day like come on.

I also agree with Temp about seeing your favorite character, like when Fujin showed up in the comic I was just so happy to see my fucking character again, and even if it was just a brief appearance I still consider that to give him higher chances. Although now that's looking grim, at the time I chose to ignore the faults and just focused on him actually being there. I'm choosing to believe that the challenge tower mission where it mentions him dying is just that, a challenge tower mission. Until further evidence is provided I think i'm just gonna assume Fujin isn't in the game though, because like you guys said it's better not to get your hopes up and expect shit. Because at the end of the day I know he's most likely going to be DLC at best but whatever. Anyhow, loved the Shinnok manipulation discussion and I hope something like that happens as well. 5% he'll be playable from the start
50% he'll be DLC
45% he won't be playable

Temp mentioned in the latest episode he thought the NRS guys said DLC characters won't have alt costumes. I think the there was a tweet from Shaun Himmerick where he wrote that it's possible that the DLC characters won't have alt costumes. Anyway, that would suck big time.

Also loved Shinnok's updated look in the trailer, glad you guys did as well. So hoping he's playable. Though, at the moment, my main is still going to be Kitana, I find Shinnok to be the most exciting member of the roster at the moment (if that leaked list is correct).

I'd give that roster a 6 or 7 too. The lack of post-MKT characters that are not Quan Chi/Kenshi, the oversaturation with Special Forces characters and the combo of the offspring characters and their parents all being in the game when they seem to be very similar, just fails to impress me.

And if that's Li Mei in the trailer (I actually didn't even think of Li Mei until I saw posts on the forums), even though we only see her from the shoulders up, I agree that the 'ready for kombat' vibe is just not there.

Yeah I'd give the roster a 5/10 if the leak is accurate. It's one of my most disappointing rosters honestly.

Agreed. There's honestly no reason what-so-ever at this point to exclude the likes of Fujin or Reiko, this game's timeline spans 25 years and we know they're both involved. It's just silly to me. But we'll see I guess.

Man... What they did with Reiko in the comics, he has to be playable at least as DLC. What a boss!

There is no shame on talking about Tremor because i want him in the game but not as a palette swap. I want him completely remodeled and look like a rock creature with sort of a ninja suit on. Let his story be he was once human and the Kamidogu gave him the powers to turn to stone and to take control of earth itself. Can you say bad ass.

Just listened to the trailer breakdown and listened to Episode 21 earlier (CONGRATS! YOU'RE NOW LEGAL AGE TO DRINK!). I think a little of BC's soul was lost in this episode. You could literally hear it escaping from his mouth during his Tremor frustration. LOL
