I am. I think she's amazing, and will probably stay a longtime main for me. I'm using Piercing, and having so much fun with it in my limited time to play that I can barely be arsed to even experiment with the other two, which I really should.

Go-to combo is: B+2, 1, roll, neutral jump punch, B+1,2, 1+2 (D,D,2 for extra stabs).

Substitute F+3,4,3 instead for an overhead combo before the roll to ruin someone's day. ;)

Yeah Piercing is pretty popular because of the extra range to some normal strings, low sai, and the ender combo you mentioned (B21 2+4). Her F3 overhead combo leads to massive damage meterless (we're talking meterless 40+% midscreen) but has hella long startup. There's a ton of productive tech on her character forum on TYM. Specifically for Piercing since so many like that Variation. F23 is a great string too because it's one of her furthest reaching safe-ish normals you can cancel into roll.

I like Ravenous with her because of the chain throw damage enders, the low throw (a lot of people crouch duck her because of lack of overheads), the choice of player positioning, and the fact that she's maskless lol. People are tripping right now in he Mileena forums because she doesn't play super mixup heavy. She's more bait/punish.

I love her though. Only thing that could pull me away would be DLC characters (Predator/Tanya) at this point. She reminds me a lot of Harley from Injustice honestly.

Hey guys, listening to the new ep right now, just wanted to let you know that I've unlocked most of the mobile costumes, if any of you guys want the costumes but don't wanna grind the mobile game or can't just hit me up and i'll let you use my wbid. It still works, i've let a couple other people use it as well. The only costumes I haven't got yet are Injustice scorp and klassic mileena because the multiplayer on mobile doesn't work yet.

Great ep so far, agreed a lot with cyborgs points about the game. There is a severe lack of content, and I feel like casuals are going to get burnt out on this game pretty fast. (not calling cyborg a casual lolol) Also I have a question about the achievements, one of the two that I have left is the unlock 50 kombat modifiers, I seriously have no idea where to unlock these. How the hell do you get them? I've unlocked everything in the krypt, and when I gamble I just get coins back. Even when I put max coins in, maybe once in a blue moon i'll get a skip fight reward.

Hey blackcyborg your new main Jason Voorhees comes out tomorrow and his trailer was just released. How excited are you ? I am really excited and I am geeking out even though I don't own the game I will be so excited to play as Jason next year when the Komplete Edition comes out. I may not even leave my room for at least half of the day lol.

So Jason came out a little bit early and his ending that was leaked with Predator, Tanya and Tremor's endings were all confirmed cause his is exactly the same. If you know about them, how do you feel?

Just to note, guys - we're looking towards scaling down our broadcasting frequency to a biweekly rate. Some of us are getting rather burned out. We'll still be around, and stream sessions are coming. :)

LOL By burned out, you mean BC? He seems pretty quiet lately but I'd expect it given all the coverage you guys have been giving since you began, only normal. If anything, you guys deserve this bi-weekly change and receive a bit of a slower pace/rest. You guys truly deserve it.

Will the character retrospects return soon?

I'm not the only one who's a little burnt out, I know Temp wants to lessen the episodes a bit now that we're post release as well, that's been discussed since before the game was even out. A funny note, this whole thing was initially only going to be an every other week podcast, and none of the extra stuff was ever the original plan.

As for why I'm burnt out, it should be pretty obvious. I was a part of everything we did, and put in the extra time after each recording to edit and upload onto youtube and itunes. So all the Netherkast(2-4 hours), Graveyards(2-3 hours), Streams(4-5 hours), Live Reactions(1 hour), Stream Reviews(30 min-hour), Versus(20 minutes)...and an hour or more each to edit and upload each one... The other guys all contributed to the Netherkast each week, Justin and Temp did the Graveyards, Razor did the Live Reactions, most were a part of each Stream, Jango and I did the Stream reviews, and Temp and Jango were a part of the Versus. So you gotta give me a break here, because I was a part of it all.

If you add up the hours, it's easily over 100 hours I've personally spent talking, dissecting, and analyzing MK along with the editing and and uploading after each one to get them up quickly for everyone to listen to. As well as the designs and logo creations, managing facebook and twitter, getting guests etc. and spreading the word on other sites. Then there was the fun talks and dealings behind the scenes for a week or two last November that made it a giant pain in the ass and added unnecessary stress to the whole thing. Of course, this isn't counting the time discussing on the forums, the arguments, the annoying drama queens etc. that we all deal with on here in the MKX section. You don't have to be a professor to figure that one out, I think we all share the same frustrations in that regard.

It's just a shame that when I actually got to play the game that I spent all those hours discussing, speculating on, and putting so much work, time, and thought into...I just wanted a break from it all. lol

At the end of the day, I wouldn't change a damn thing, because the goal was always to give people something to listen to and enjoy leading up to the game between official info releases. But that comes with a price.

So I hope everyone can respect that. This isn't a plea for pitty lol, that's a bit dramatic, this is to hopefully get anyone thinking I'm burnt out because I'm not interested in the game, not hardcore enough, who is disappointed it's not as much for the time being, or whatever the case...to understand and see things from a different perspective.

Hear, hear! You guys truly do deserve a shit-ton of props for everything you guys have given us. Hell, I'd wager as far as spreading the news of MKX, you guys did a better job at it than NRS for a few months there. lol Enjoy the game, enjoy the free-time from podcasting and when you feel like it, (well I can't speak for everyone) but you still have a willing pair of ears on me to listen to literally whatever the fuck you wanna ramble about; MK, random shit, Batman....lol I enjoyed every second of it, probably because my interests align with you guys, especially the MK, horror movie & Batman related stuff. In fact, I nerdgasmed a little bit when Temp praised Batman: The Animated Series on last weeks episode lol. That was my introduction to Batman and Conroy & Hamill to this day remain my favorite Batman/Joker combo.

I honestly expected a slower pace would've started 3 weeks ago since I felt just from listening that you guys were about 6 straight podcasts away from bashing your heads in from going on so long with it but you guys dragged it out a little bit and that can only be seen as commendable. So here's to the continuation of the Netherkast, whenever you guys get around to it and whatever the next Phase 2 of the Netherkast happens to be if it continues to live on past DLC whether it be Injustice 2, MK11 or just the random streams and hopeful commentaries. I'll look forward to it all whenever they get uploaded be it a month or six months from now.

@cyborg When I was listening to the latest episode I looked at the time and I was like an hour in and you hadn't spoke besides the intro, I was kinda sad because I really enjoy your input on things and I could tell that you could definitely use a break. You guys should take all the time you need, in the long run the cast will benefit from it. I also noticed that the episodes are somewhat getting shorter and it seems like you guys are on a schedule now instead of like in the earlier episodes where they would just go on until you guys felt like it was a good spot to end it. Which isn't a bad thing, I know how much effort you put into editing, I just kinda preferred the longer episodes.

I also really need to play you guys soon, but I tried playing with Temp last night and man this game just is not working well for me online. It crashes constantly and whenever I do get in a game it lags like hell. It's so odd because even MK9 ran better for me online, I don't get it. Hopefully I can figure it out and maybe once they release some patches that helps the netcode we can get some matches in, because i'm itching to see what you guys have found with your respective characters. Same goes for you @kenshimaster

Other than that I hope you guys are all enjoying the game. I've pretty much completed everything besides unlocking all of the backgrounds/icons. Got all achievements, unlocked everything in the krypt, etc. The Krypt wasn't as good as I thought it would be, after your first time going in and discovering everything the novelty wears off a bit. It's still a great concept, I just wish they would have evolved it a bit more. anyways im rambling

Awesome new episode, wanted to thank temp for the shoutouts, that really does improve my self esteem as corny as that sounds. Those were some fucking awesome matches, and with the new patch the netcode has apparently been improved so hopefully we'll be able to connect easier. I'm on vacation in Florida at the moment though, and wont be getting home for another week so i'll probably be free for a good while lol. Having serious MKX withdrawals :( oh and what about those Shinnok buffs tho? Ex hell spark pressure sounds super dirty, and the b3 overhead creates an actual vortex for mimicry now which is awesome as well.
