Come on, Batman killed plenty of times before.
The ending of Batman Begins ring any bells?
So let Batman have a fatality please.

In the early Batman comics, Batman killed all the time.
And he didn't kill him, he jus didn't save him either.
Its not what he is, but what he does that defines him.

The batman movies are no stranger to killing although I am not a pro on the comics.
Batman first movie-
clearly intentionally killed that black guy in the church via thrown off a ledge aswell as clipped the joker to the gargoyle knowing he would die.
And did he not kill the scarecrow in batman begins?

Scarecrow's still alive and well in The Dark Knight movie.
Batman, in the comics right now, doesn't kill. He used to back in the early days, and he did in the original movies as well.
I will admit, I'm one of the few fans who was pissed with Batman Begins's ending. To me, not saving someone from certain death is the same thing as killing them. I mean, in the court of law, if you could save someone and refused, you'd still be held accountable for their death.

For exactly one year of Batman's existence the character killed. It has been well established for well over 60 years now that Bruce has a code against killing people.
So no he can't have a fatality, he won't have a fatality, and he shouldn't have a fatality.
