I just thought of something: Boon said that the bios will be posted on the mkarmageddon.com forum. BUT, there is NO SUCH SECTION on the site! I made a thorough search of the site, even in the dragon's eye, and there is no such link to a forum page on it. So, in essence, Boon lied to us again: there are NO bios coming AT ALL, since why would they say they will be posted on a non-existent forum?

Cinder confirmed that the intro did not reveal the final fates of any characters. And I believe Ed Boon said the intro was just for show and didn't really mean anything.

That whole intro is just what happened in terms of that big riot. The big riot is canon.

What happened specifically DURING the riot (Li Mei getting stabbed, Shang Tsung offing Kenshi, etc.) - THAT is questionable. That MAY not be canon.
