There are a lot of interesting and original ideas floating around in this thread. But those of you that mentioned Batman performing a fatality forgot one thing, Batman does not kill.

Here's a finishing move for Batman:

Have Batman throw his Batarang that wraps around his opponent's legs. Batman tugs at his end of the Batarang and knocks his opponent to the ground. Batman could leap on his opponent with rage and begin to beat the poor sap to a bloody pulp, leaving bruises, welts, and even knocking out teeth, You could have Batman struggle with having to land his killing blow and instead of killing Batman could grab his opponent's head and perform a final head busting head butt to knock the opponent out. For his winning pose you could have Batman slap on Batcuffs to the KO'd opponent.

Superman's Brutality is indistinguishable from a Fatality, so I think we'll see more like that for the heroes. Things that would totally and absolutely kill people but "since they aren't in pieces and it doesn't say Fatality we can get away with it".

On a random note: You know what would be awesome? If Catwoman clawed out the opponent's eyes.

Yeah that would be cool but u know supermans brutality reminds me of Sheeva's fatility in MK3 where she pounds the person into the ground 2 so superman's brutality is fine with and actually pretty cool they say that DC villians will have fatilitys though wonder what the Joker's would be maybe where he would take out a knife 2 kill his opponent with just like in the "Dark Knight" movie.

I'd love to see Shang Tsung have a bonus fatality again like he did in MK2 where he turned into Kintaro. Make it as ridiculous as it was back then too. (Hold LK for like 60 seconds or something) Have him turn into Superman and just abuse the crap out of his powers. Plus it be a little taste of what was having him morph if only for a fatality.

batman:
some kind of really cool beatdown and then he batcuffs them

superman:
punches the opponent a few times, pucks them up, does a backbreaker on them, and tosses them aside

scorpion:
hits opponent with spear a few times and kicks them to the ground (no blood, but it looks painful)

sub zero:
lifts up opponent, freezes them, and slams them onto the ground, shattering them

flash:
beats up opponent with a flurry of punches and does some kind of cool takedown

sonya:
kiss of death, without blood/vomit

shang:
soul steal, turning the opponent into a skelliton

liu:
bruce lee jump on face finisher

catwoman:
kicks them in the face a ton of times and then steps on their head really hard

marvel:
?

jax:
beats them up and snaps their neck

kitana:
throws fan into opponent's gut and then does.. something.. i don't know

joker:
laughing gas

green lantern:
?

Subzero
Freeze opponent and uppercuts them and they shatter
shang tsung
Steals soul unti and you turn into a ooze puddle(mk3)
Liu kang
MK1 cartwheel OR dragon morph and eats entire body(that is T rated)

i think it would be funny if catwomen pees on their face and because cats pee is really nasty and stinky the other persons face burns off haha.

scorpion: use hell fire when they are completely on fire throw the spear and uppercut them into ashes

i've seen Scorpion and he burn the Opponent im sick of this one because he does not burn them to the bone which is the best part of his Fatalitie in mk1 - mk3 i would have liked them to have is otheer fatalitie from mk4 when he turn in to a scorpion and rip the Torso off with his tail

Captain Marvel will grab the opponent and shout SHAZAM! The huge ass lightning bolt will hit the oppenent and fry em into dust.

i think it would be very cool if the joker when does his fatality on his opponent he would walk towards the camera and write(with his opponent blood) fatality(or why so serious) than he would start laughing

I think Batman will have a Year One/Batman Begins-style brutality where he'll summon a huge cloud of bats, which will envelope the loser for a while, and the bat'll disperse as the loser falls unconcious.

For Joker, I like the idea of him throwing laughing gas on the ground. Then, the gas starts to erupt out and covers the screen so we can't see, but before the whole place is covered in the gas, we see Joker take out his knife. Once you can't see from the gas, the opponent goes from laughing, to laughing hysterically to then screaming and then quietness. The gas begins to disappear and we see the opponent's face with the glasglow smile on it and as Peter said two posts up, Joker walks to the screen and using their blood writes "FATALITY" as he laughs.

I really want the joker to use joker venom, preferably from the flower on his suit. Spray it out and the opponanent starts laughing uncontrollably, then joker joins in laughing and the opponanet falls down dead.
For Batman i like the idea of having bats come and swarm the opponent. That seems like it would work well.
For GL i kind of want to see ermacs fatality from MKD, where he just slams the enemy into the ground several times, but clearly without the explosion in this case.

Scorp - use his spear as a dagger and slice him several times and stab him in the neck with it.


Superman - wrap his hand around his neck and give him a super chokeslam.

the arcade game crush used to be liu kang's fatality in the arcade game.

This is a great idea. They should do this. If everyone else ends up with two finishing movies, they should give him this as a secret third, like in MK2.

Hold LK for 60 seconds and Shang Tsung morphs into Niko Belic and says "A yo Jax you come by my apartment and we weel go drinking!!"

I think sub zero shlod freeze them premently and just leave them there for ever then they wolud just have to sit being real cold forever

I think that all of the Mortal Kombat characters should have two fatalites or and they should have animalities,babalities and frienship.And for the DCU characters they should just keep the Brutalities.

Because of T rating I doubt we will see explosions, dismembership, decapitations, or anything where guts fall out. The following ideas have taken those into consideration. Also, remember there may be more than one finish for each character. Again, these are just predictions and I will not be insulted if anyone disagrees. This list is for MK fighters only. Enjoy.

Sub-Zero

What we will probably see: A remake of the MK2 freeze and shatter. Sub-Zero summons his ice and sends it at the opponent. He then will deliver a massive attack to shatter the opponent into several bits of ice.

What I would like to see: Snowman the enemy and then pull off parts of him and do something creative. If they are frozen solid maybe that will be the loophole for some creative dismembership.

Jax
What we will probably see: Think chiropractic. Jax and his brute strength will pulverize the opponent with some nice crunching sounds. They might fall to the floor like a pretzel (think MKDA kenshi's victim after the fatality).

What I would like to see: Bear-hug the opponent or compact them somehow and hurl them far away like a shot put happy

What we will probably see: Since her fans would render limb/head loss, I think they will resort to the kiss fatality of MK2. She will kiss the opponent which will get sick or change colors and die. Think poison.

What I would like to see: Something with her magnetic lifting fans. Again with a T rating I am not sure what they can do that won't look too violent. Maybe something on the side of a brutality.

Liu Kang
What we will probably see: Dragon morph similar to MK4 where the opponent is bitten and then dropped or a variation of his MK2 dragon but the opponent will be swallowed.

What I would like to see: Either a variation of the Bone-break fatality in MKSM or an update of his classic flip, kick, and uppercut.

Sonya
What we will probably see: Her MK1 kiss with opponent effects similar to scopion's toasty.

What I would like to see: If she can use weapons maybe something military related but I doubt it. The history has always stemmed from the kiss. I am not sure at this point what to predict.

Shang
What we will probably see: A soul drain similar to MK2 where the opponent will look like a shriveled coat of skin (think aftermath of sheeva's skin pull in mk3 or Kano's skeleton pull in mk3).

What I would like to see: A morph fatality. I would be content with anything relating to seeing him FINALLY morph again.

Raiden
What we will probably see: An electrocution where they look somewhat fried (like a TV G version) and then fall over with some static here and there.

What I would like to see: An electrocution where they catch on fire at some point and disintegrate.

Kano
What we will probably see: Maybe he will just stab them. LOL. Since his heart pull is probably M rated he might be left with an eye laser that has the opponent burn/smoke and then fall down. Yawn.

What I would like to see: Stab them like Baraka (mk2 deadly lift) and then fry them with that laser eye!

Batman:

While the opponent is dazed and such, batman presses the bat shaped thing on the center of his utility belt and it starts blinking, a few seconds later you hear the roar of a distant motor engine, which is growing ever louder, the opponent starts looking around, searching for the source of this strange noise when all of a sudden the opponent is struck and flips over the batmobile, which opens up its big drivers hatch thingy letting Batman jump in and drive off into the night.
