Ok holly what the hell, I am so flippen stolked now I want to wet myself. But I wont, cuz there is plenty of months to go. One quesyion hoever, in the second page, who is that red cloaked character, with black hair?? Also, is that Reiko in Kahns underware?

I'm just scared now that the characters aren't going to be very in-depth. I mean, 60+ characters is a lot to do in two years time. They may not mess up, but that's a lot of moves, fighting styels, storylines, and fatalities to come up with.

We'll see what happens.

If the MK Team can pull 60+ characters out of their asses, would it kill them to take just a little bit of time to implement key mechanics like wakeup attacks, throw escapes, and frame advantage? Please?

That being said, the new air game looks very promising. Don't fuck this up, Boon....

Im very happy with the news, but I can only hope that:

1- Each character has a deep/new twisted storyline with potential, not crap (specially now that they are giving the “underratedâ€? another characters another chance).

2- Improved gameplay.

I saw those, I thought there was more on the gameinformer website thats all.

After letting the thought of MK:A set in, I'm starting to feel the same way. Especially with Midways policy to release a new MK game every year.

I just get the feeling like Midway is going to have trouble shifting to nexr-gen consoles, even MK, if they haven't decided to go next gen yet. It's not good on Midways part. There a struggling developer as it is, and MK has been it's bread and butter. If Boon is talking about wipin ght slate clean and starting over on the next gen system, I kind f have a feeling we may be waiting for the next-gen MK for a while I kind of get the feeling Boon is going to want to take a break from MK after MK:A like he did between MK4, and MK5.

I just mean if Midway didn't hold the release an MK game every year policy, Boon could have taken a year and a half-2 years and brought out the game on the next-gen systems, Even if they had to exclusively develope the game for one system temererily. I know people are going to say that they don't want MK exclusive on the Xbox 360, and that not what I'm saying. I mena I think Boon has had to make some sacrifices when it has come to the series since MK:DA, Shang Tsung hasn't been the same since they crapped his morphs, nad as good as the seires has been revitalized sinceMK:DA, and we fans still stick by it, a lot of us feel that the a lot of things about the series over the past few instalments haven't been up to par with other fighters wether it be graphics, or gameplay. I mean the 360, and PS3 are similar in archetechure that the next gen MK could have been developed temererily exclusive for the 360, and then ported to the PS3 when they get a feel for when it's comming out. Both systems CPU are multi-core, the PS#'s Cell is built off of the arcitechure of the IBM Power PC CPU that miccrosoft is using in the 360. I mena the game just has so much potential moving into the next gen that I think Boon should have done it exclusive tempererily for the 360 to set the minum standard as to how he want MK, unlike having to comrimise with the current gen versions.

Hell, if every single character from each and every MK game are gonna be returning, this will easily be MK Trilogy 2. And if the game is called "Armageddon", this could be the final MK. It makes sense to have each and every character return for the last Mortal Kombat. I'm loving the Kreate-A-Kharacter. But it would also make perfect sense to have the game be on next gen systems. If they give Shinnok his own moves and not ripoffs of 60+ characters moves, I'll be cool.

not super hyped, because of the hype of the last few and there failures to meet expectations will leave me to not be totally excited till the develping process and the game is actually in my hands.

You know I searched game informer very thouroughly and I could not find any info on this 4 page release. I'm pretty sure they would put something like that on the site. Could this all be a hoax? what makes that even more possible is how it's exclusive... suposidly. So if they did somehow make it up... we wouldn't be able to tell.
