I think it's a good idea what boon is doing with making this one on current generation consoles.Here's why:1.NOT everyone is a rich sob and can afford a 360 or PS 3 second, it makes perfect sense to me to end loose ends on current generation while he still has the chance to3.MK will be reborn on next generation systems with everything, fighting engine, characters, modes and god knows what else lol.

So, I'm all for MK 7 being on current generation consoles speaking as how it's coming out October of this year 2006.

I would like it more if you could just use the ninja suits in KAF mode because they are kind of plain compared to their suits now. Then you could make all of them and not just have Ermac's. I do like those btw I was just surprised that someone actually said it

I'am so excited...this is the best update a kid could ask for. I cant wait to play all the characters. Its fun to see so many return. I've been waiting for a new Trilogy type game, and boom...I see it in the distance

Yes...and it's because of people like you that we're never going to get a decent fighting engine in a MK game,you would purchase any pile of crap inside a box with the "MK" logo glued on it and never make any bithcing about the game,i like MK and all,but if we dont complain and dont tell what is wrong the story will always be the same....blind fanboys have no purpose.

Well, well.... the new Mortal Kombat announced. Pretty much MKTrilogy2 by the looks of it. It's got Shang Tsung, that's all I'm interested in. So good or bad, I'm buyin it!

The funniest part about it is if MK ever adopted a fighting system that worked similarly to VF or Tekken, he would never even know the difference. Yet he would still prattle on about how MK is "different".

You could take Tekken 5, replace the Mishimas with Scorp, Subby, and Ermac, throw in some death traps, slap the dragon logo on the box, and he'd be none the wiser.
