Looks cool enough

I think this pic is pretty poor looking. Not much new.
The background looks bad.

Looking at Scorpion, I say his model has gained a visual improvement. It looks less choppy

Jack Burton agress with Vash on Scorpion, yet agrees that the background looks a bit...BLAH...that's really the only way ol' Jack can explain it.

I wish the power up animation was personal for each character. The generic crouch looks as bad as Tekken's old power up.

I could do without the word Rage showing up like that.

Wow, I don't know about functionality, but that looks fantastic!
I wonder if there'll be a DBZ style reprieve that'll repel the opponent when you power up like that. It's definitely different for MK, but cool!

It'd be really nice if each character had a unique, character-driven pose when they do the rage thing. That looks really cool for Baraka, but it'd be nice to see characters react individually (and yeah, without the giant photoshop text).

As Minion stated, enough with Scorpion! sheesh. he is overrated.
And what is with the crappy "Rage" text hovering above Baraka.
That is the cheesiest crap I have ever seen. There is absolutely
no need for Rage Mode to be announced in big bold letters like
this. MK is famous for always flaunting flashy pop up text on screen.
Its really annoying and i wish they'd stop. I wish there were no health
bars, no silly rage meters, and all that other gimmicky crap. The
game would look superb and beautiful without all that extra crap
littered across the screen, that honestly doesn't need to be there.

Rage mode gives a cool effect you can really see it here

The pose looks good on Baraka... but seeing someone like Wonder Woman do that... hmm... that would be strange. The word Rage doesn't bother me... as someone mentioned, MK is used to having bold words across the screen, and well... I'm just too used to it.

Oh god...and they said they wanted people to take this game seriously.
