yeah, I'm a little disappointed with the lack of NEW info, but that has absolutely nothing to do with MKOs coverage of E3. In my opinion, the MKO staff has done a great job of getting us pics, videos, and everything else. It's not their fault that the MK team didn't want to entirely tip their hand months before the games release, and I don't blame the MK team either. Sure, a new character we didn't know about would've been nice...Oh wait, no, Jax was announced. Okay. Well, it would've been cool to see the select scr...no, we saw that too. Alright, then a gameplay review...Damn, they're doing that too.

Seriously, I can be disappointed that I didn't find everything out from E3, but then I never expected to. Sure, more new info would've been cool, but hey, it's not MKO's fault by any means. The fact that they went out to LA, and have posted all of this stuff for us is a testement to the dedication they have to the fellow fans.

Oh yeah...And it's all FREE on this website. You don't have to be an Insider or a Complete member or any of that BS. I couldn't be happier.

I didn't find the coverage weak. Maybe you wanted them to reveal all of the characters and how about they reveal the button combinations on how to do the fatalities? Well that's never going to happen.

Well, since E3 is over, I just wanted to thank the mods for all the info you have given. It could have been so easy for you guys to just blow us all off and not update till later this weekend, but you did a great job by updating the site every night. I dont think there are any other game sites with the same amount of MKD info that this site has. I really appreciate it, and I am sure alot of the other members do too. I hope you guys had fun, and thanx again. And props to you M4C, for not letting loose on a person who obviously deserved it.

I'll i got to say is i feel sorry for the guys, they worked real hard, yet people still complain, weak coverage? I wouldnt call over a few hundred pictures and screen shots and 240 mpg preasentation by ED Boon him self, plus direrct feed videos info other site's ign and gamespot don't have, and theres still more direct feed vids and info to come, and a review of the gameplay, give them a day or 2 they get the info up, let them sleep abit, good job guys Dark MK is proud:)

Last year we had some fatalities taped (scorpion)and this year all we have is a kind of fatality trailer of utter CRAP video quality.

- an exclusive video with questions just for us, that we, THE FANS submitted? ...check
- a sneak video of the MK:D press conference showing fatalities, in game footage, and ed himself talking about what we should expect? ...check
- a ton of pics & screenshots? ...double check

Oh I see...it must be all that info that boon wouldn't release to anyone on the planet! That must be what they want (ya know, the kind of impossible-to-get kindda sutff...oh, and don't forgt the free signed copy of the game that hasn't even been completed yet and due to come out in 5 months!). Well, geeze...I guess the ungratful a**holes who complain should have told this earlier huh?

Honestly, you should appreciate the fact that they took the time out of their trip to E3 to give out this coverage (however fufilling it may be)IMHO the had some great coverage, how do you expect them to say more about it, when they've covered it all?
You need to stop being ungrateful, they didn't have to give any information at all. They could've been spending their time partying, having fun, not a worry at all, instead they were there getting coverage video footage, and pics...What do you do? Instead of thanking them for the coverage, you whine and cry about it. I just want to say thank you to all the mods for all the work you all did!

I'm sorry, but I disagree. If you're running a website that has as many administrators and members as this one, and you tell everybody that you're going to have full coverage of a huge 3-day event such as E3, I expect a little more than just one very short update at the end of a day. I mean, websites such as Gamespot and IGN had a lot more videos and info than this site and they're probably not even big MK fans!

Not to be a snob, but I think the real problem here is that the administrators of this site are a group of kids. And you never send a kid to do a man's job. Hate me for saying that if you want, but at least I have the guts to say it. So many of you on here are probably so afraid of being banned, that you're skeptical about speaking out.

Contrary to what you may be thinking right now, I am a big fan of this site. Most of the time I think the administrators and mod's do a great job! But in this case I don't think that they got the job done. Everyone there at the show should have at least posted their own thoughts at the end of the day. That would have made things a little more interesting.

And MK Online did say prior to the show that they were going to cover Midway Arcade Treasures 2 as well as Deception. So what happened with that? I heard absolutely no mention of hands-on impressions or any interviews with that. Sure, the game is supposed to be the same as the arcade version, but how about some more pics anyway, is it really that much work? I mean, I haven't played the arcade game in over ten years! And I know there are many members on here that have never even played or seen everything that the original arcade version has to offer before.

So in conclusion, the updates went more to me like..

''Hey, we're here.''
''We played MK:D today, it was pretty cool.''
''Played MK:D again today, here's a little taste of what we saw.''
''Last day today. We'll update later.''

UGH.

I expected a lot more from every gaming site. hell, I pay for Gamespot, and their coveraged was complete crap... its like they wernt even there and they just got all the same promotional crap that every other site (IGN) got.

The people who run this site do it for their own enjoyment. They dont charge any of us for memberships. The fact that they give us any news is good enough for me.

well it all depends on what game the site is for.. since this is a mk site.. yeah it will have more things about it... but ign and gamespot isn't like that there for all games... and because of that you just get a little preview... hmm... i think they showed more this year than last years e3 on ign and gamespot.. allwell..

The news reporters can only report on whats taking place. Thats all these guys did. They told us what they found out that was new. Is it their fault that it wasnt much? I could understand if some other site had a billion updates on just MK, but they dont. Everything gamespot or IGN has told us about MKD, this site has told us and then some.

Mortal Kombat has made its name based on the suprises, how many of you really want to know more than we know now? I dont want to figure out who else is playable, im already upset that we've seen both of Mileena's fatalities, and the 5 or 6 other fatalities... I dont want to know any more till they start doin the Fatality Friday and release one new thing a week for a month or so.

I thought we would get a full confirmed character list once and for all. But they confirmed Jax and Raiden, so i'm not going to throw up a fuss over it.

We got over 100 screen shots of fighting, select screen, Kombat chess, puzzle game, konquest, loading screens, good quality videos, interview with Boon...and you are not happy !!
