I have already posted on this board one statement regarding the Release of Mortal Kombat Deception on the Nintendo GameCube cousoule system. I have currently writen both Nintendo and Midway companys e-mails of my actions to protest if the game is not released to the gamecube system. I have in fact managed to get a response back from Nintendo and they are lissening to me. Midway has yet to send me back anything. I will still in fact be taking my trip to The head of Midway companys this summer to Speak my voice. Why it is i am posting here is because Help would be needed.I can do it alone and i plan on doing it that way. Yet if any of you feel the same way i do and believe that the Game should be Released for the nintendo system. Now is the time to speak up.Thank you all for your time. This will not end

lol its like ur protesting, i dont it just seems funny. I think Midway obviously has good reasons y they arent putting it onto GC, i mean y wouldnt they want to make more money. I dont think u should go and hassle those ppl. U should just buy a Ps2 or Xbox to save urself the trouble. Anyways Mk:d wll probably will be released on GC just maybe a little later then the Ps2 and Xbox versions.

DON'T FUCKING TYPE THE SUBJECT ALL IN CAPS!

And I seriously hope your messages to Midway and Nintendo didn't have the kind of grammar you just showed us.
Also, keep in mind ONE message from some guy who's grammar is below average is not going to make Nintendo change their minds. It's not going to make Midway risk losing heaps of money.
Seriously people, just give up. You don't see me bitching about Resident Evil 4 not coming out for the PS2.

I dont want to start a war something but seriously.. the machines are cheap enough get a PS2 or Xbox, there so much more better than a GC and I HAVE a GC!! But you dont see moaning about MKD not coming out on GC.

Get another machine pal, If you ask me, just like the N64.. The GC has lost its grip on the gaming world. sad

Like Jordanman said, it will probably be realeased on Gc eventually. A tactic to draw out the fans. It will be realeased like a year after MKD is on ps2 and xbox, granted I like Gc about the same as, maybe a sliver better than PS2, and I just don't really like Xbox, but it will go to GC eventually maybe with the PS2 and Xbox titles maybe a year later, companies do that to draw out a game's mileage.

I think if this game is successful it will will definitely come out for GC, just like how GTA3/Vice city came out for Xbox like a year after.

Ill support it for GC, ONLY if Midway created a custom controller to go with it. MKDA control was BADBADBAD on GC.

I'll drink to that, GCs don't have a controller very fit for fighting games, (save for soul caliber 2)

That's just it. I won't send a letter, because it won't make a diference, and because I'm not an annoying little brat. I can deal with the fact that I won't be playing a videogame, no matter how fantastic it's suppose to be. If you really want MKD that much, get a god damn PS2 or an XBox and quit your bitching. It's all you can do, really.

Just buy a ps2 or xbox.
If you don't want to, well, guess what? Nintendo and Midway don't want to make MKD on the GC, so I guess it's really your problem. You won't be playing MK6.

Well he does have a point. I do not own a Gamecube, but there are some people out there who can't afford the other systems, because they're more expensive then GC. So it actually would be a good idea for them to release it on systems that all kids can play. I mean it would be kinna sad if a kid had a GC but couldn't afford another system, and he like really wanted MK:D for Xmas...don't you think?

Ok well heres the deal with me...first of all i will not buy a ps2 or xbox because its pointless to do so..sony and microsoft are really bad companys that make cheap systems. In a summery PS2 and xbox suck. on another note i have in fact contacted nintendo and they did infact give me the information as to how i can get hold of midway. So this one person (ME) my in fact be doing what i set out to do.If i am wrong then so be it, and just for the record its likely i am older then most of you.So don't comment on this board if your not going to help.

Man, to say that any of the systems suck is just ignorant. I own all three, and I have close to 45 games between the 3 of them. Guess what? All great systems, and all the systems have a handful of the best games I've ever played each.

Not everyone can afford 3 systems however, and for that reason alone I'm sad that GCN won't see MK6, especially because it's controller really wasn't too bad for MK5 and really only bothers me in Capcom vs. SNK2.

I can't tell you how much fun I've had with Gran Turismo, Zelda, Ninja Gaiden, Metroid, Final Fantasy and many more games.

Now, I have a fairly good paying full time job so this next comment is said lightly and does not apply to everyone. If you are a true gamer you should really own all the system so long as you can afford it. You cannot go over to your friends house for an hour and play Mario Golf and tell him his Nintendo sucks, or that his Xbox weighs too much so that means that there are no good games for it. You also could not argue that because PS2 is technically the weakest system it's no good.

Gamecube has great games, and a lot are quite mature, not just kiddy games. If Xbox is being ridiculed for being heavy, I would say it's using every inch of it's hardware to it's fullest potential, and EVEN if the PS2 is marginally weaker than Cube, it has a hell of a strong gaming lineup, and that more than makes up for it.

Thank you for listening, and I hope we can all grow as gamers and start putting this crap aside, it's fine if you like your PS2 best, but to say the others suck is just untrue.

I'll close with this: Saturn and Dreamcast certainly didn't suck, and a lot of people missed out (including myself for the most part), don't base your judgement of a system on the way it looks, boots up, or by it's name... Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Well said Veinz, you have to be one of the more intelligent posters I've seen. I totally agree with you. I too have all three systems and wouldn't give any of them up for anything. There are games exclusive to each console I like. If one comes out on all three, I usually get it on XBOX because of the better graphics and sound. Save for any EA titles as they seem to be better on PS2 for some reason.

That being said, I won Deadly Alliance on XBOX but I certainly think Deception deserves to be on the Gamecube. I have a slight partiality to Nintendo, you can't deny how their franchises are barnone the best around. They are innovative and like nothing else out there. However, I own 62 games on PS2, which clearly shows they have the advantage as far as variety is concerned. XBOX has some great games exclusive to it as well, not to mention it's technically the most powerful. You can't go wrong with any of the systems, it just depends on your budget and what kind of games you like.

Anyways, back to the subject at hand. I don't really care if it comes out on Gamecube or not, but it will be a shame if it doesn't. I'll be getting it on XBOX more than likely, simply because it will look marginally better. Still though Gamecube is now #2 for a reason, don't you forget that. ^_~

I have owned a Gamecube besides my PS2 and I still say it sucks. So what? Kiddy Games with poor Graphics thats how 95% of the GC Games look like. The Controller sucks bad ass and so on.

Back to topic. Ridiculous what you are doing. But I have written emails to nintendo and midway too now. I have congratulated them for their wise decision not relasing MKD for GC.

That's just childish. Why try and prevent it from happening? To make others miss out? THat doesn't seem right to me.

and where do all these kiddie games come from? I see a lot of kiddie games on PS2 as well but for some reason they don't get the label Nintendo does. Oh well, there are some people I won't get through to and it's their loss. My favorite game of this generation is likely Metroid, the game is just too good. However many people who won't give the system a chance will miss out on it, and people saying that the system sucks will improve the chances of them passing it up.

It's funny, people don't even want their "rival" systems to succeed at all, but we must remember that it is the competition that fuels this business, and if their ends up being only one or two companies, the market will decline and games will suck. I want all the systems to do well, I would like each system to hold 33% of the market, so that they'd all be fighting like hell to take the lead, could you imagine the games we'd get then?

I would rather people just make their own decisions than base it on what somebody else said, and I think that you need to spend a decent amount of time on a decent amount of games before you make that decision.

Also, to the guy who posted that Gamecube sucks and he has a PS2 (two posts ago I think), well, I'm not trying to flame at all, but what games do you have for GCN, out of curiosity?
