Reiko is not Shao Kahn...........How many times do we have to go over this? If Reiko is Shao Kahn, then all the members of the dragon king army is shao kahn. The Shao Kahn helmet is like a ceremonial piece, kind of like a crown...and it's also used for protection when fighting. Most people in outworld wear the same armor as Shao Kahn, but with some modifications, etc........enough said

anyway, reiko and khan are not the same person. mike isnt ed boon. but he made reikos ending dummy. and it was a non cannon ending, and was also a joke. khan will be in a cutscene in this game. and he will be in a HUGE role in mk7 they said already. also reiko will be in mk7. so boom you have it. those 2 will be in the same game/
rekio is short, khan is 7'6". big difference. i understand if rain was reiko, they have the same outfit just reiko doesnt have a mask. and if u read the story carefully, you could come up with an idea that they are related to kitana and are the same person, so that makes sense,but not even rain and reiko are the same person.
the dude that made reikos ending said it was a joke, so stop this thread i understand u are new at this forum and have not yet found out the OLD news. but now i have told you.

Sorry, but Sareen is not a MKDA fighter. She might have been in the Gameboy version, but not the console versions. So she should not be on the MKDA list.

Sektor & Sareena are "MKDA" Fighters... and Noob Saibot is a "Classic" Fighter? Man, your theories has failures.....

I like the list of fighters and all the new kombatants sound awesome and not like fillers. I think that they should make kombatants like Kung Lao, Sonya, Cyrax and other earth warriors into hidden characters that you can unlock and fight with. And they shouldnt have any lame A$$ hidden characters like chameleon and mokap.

Are you talking about the one where Millena is kicking Kenshi,because that isn't Li Mei.It's Mileena unmasked except they haven't added the sharp teeth yet.It was in early development.Just like Sub Zero was in early development when they didn't show his scar.That's what I think,I'm sure we'll find out during E3.

Well I'm just saying Li Mei's chances are low.I have nothing against her.Infact,she's one of my favorite fighters and just like my other favorite fighters,(Frost,Sonya)her chances are very low.16 days until we know the truth

Deception is playing in Outworld and not in Earthrealm, so it should be more than explainable why Jax, Sonja, etc. are not in it.

YOu know WHY dont they leave out the CYBORGS
(sektor, cyrax, etc.)? Wasting character space.
Having cyborgs and characters with six arms and stupendous powers kills the game of true 'mortal' kombat. It makes it somewhat comical.
MK should be about SERIOUS, VIOLENT, kombat with SERIOUS characters with NO super silly moves and decent fatalities or creatures that are just plain comedic to look at.
heres my idea : HAVE ALL THE HUMAN fighters and just one REALLY tough boss to beat!

so are you saying you think mk would be better without characters like scorpion,goro and cyrax? subzero should be without his freezing powers and lui kang's dragon fatality should never have been included etc, all because they are not realistic enough!? sounds like you would prefer playing virtua fighter if realism is whats most important to you in a fighting game,because mk will never be without the types of things i mentioned above

The special thing about MK is that there aren't ONLY mortals (humans)! It's not called MORTAL kombat for nothing...
Outworld will always be; Edenia will always be; the Shokans will always be! There hasn't been ONE single MK game, that didn't have "unusual" fighters. Even MK Special forces jad a human with a laser eye, and a ninja with "weird" powers...

I heard that martial arts were confirmed to be in the game, too. So many rumors...

First why are they gonna had an Afterlife Lui Kang, that is just stupidity, he is dead let it be.
Next who is Sareena? I think I have heard of her but not sure.
Mortal Kombat is not meant to be realistic gaming. Ed Boon was interviewed and he said reality is boring so we had to be out there. When they first made they wanted reality and all that. During the 3 game they changed all that because of the people.
Next, Noob will have a ninja like suit as an alternative. Also Sektor and Cyrax will most likely be in MKD. Sektor was supposed to be MKDA and so was Ermac. Kung Lao will most likely return along with the possiblities of Quan Chi and Shaung Tsung. Everything that happened in MKDA will be wraped up in this game and unfortuatley Frost will most likely not be returning. Also remember that Reptile is the Dragon King.
Another thing, what happened to Kano? Also what is this stuff about Shao Kahn returning when he was killed right in the intro to MKDA?
