Yeah, Sektor in MK7. wink

I have no doubt they'll have a new storyline. I mean, it looks like they're making bios for every character in Konquest (which is every character ever) so everyone has a new storyline. grin

I just hope they get a tweak, though I'd not be surprised if they didn't.

Would be pretty funny if you get to watch Reptile change over time. Keep going back to the swamp and he's this mutant dinosaur. Haha...Konquest is looking so much better than anything else. Well, the Chess thing is def. looking bad ass. Something for me to kick my Girlfriend's ass in.

I so cannot wait to play as Sareena. It'd be cool if they show her begin to betray Subby, and then in MK7 have Frost AND Sareena both trying to get at Sub-Zero. Hahaha. Either way it goes, if Subby doesn't get some help soon, my guess is he is going to get f*cked up! tongue
Oh yeah, speaking of kicking girlfriend's asses, hahaha, my girlfriend was over here saturday and I had DA on in my room and she challenged me with Sonya. Man, I got Kenshi, she wouldn't give in even though I won atleast 15 straight matches in a row. I swear that girl is hardheaded!!

Kitana- would be happy to see back

Sarena- hope she's in the game, although I personally don't want her to betray Sub-Zero

Quan Chi- also would be happy

Cyrax- would've prefered Sektor

Shang Tsung- don't really care

Reptile- guess this is good. Although in honesty, I prefer human ninja Reptile, but that's just me.

to prove that guy on game faqs is a liar answer me this... first off he isnt ganna be takin magazines off the press and kick back with a lemonaide and start reading it.. he would be fired on the spot for that shit.. second of all.. he just so happend to read half of it and MEMORISE every fuckin character in the game and rush home and go unto gamefaqs just to tell us.. give me a break.. they have had over a year to make this... boon isnt ganna screw us with the same characters with the same fatilities.. even that bastard isnt that cheap.. and i gurantee sektor will be in the game way before cyrax.. dont listen to this 12 yr old kids and there horse shit stories...

It's not hard to know all the characters when you're a Mortal Kombat fan. And second, He said he'd get fired. Usually they do get a look at the guide when working on it, not a huge pull on it. I know he's right though, this is the real deal.

but remember.. the guides are not always full of all the secrets.. esp. prima... but the guy has to be lying because well.. he just joined gamefaqs... so how come hes gonna join that board just to tell us this.. wouldn't be better if he join mko? anyway.. eaither his lying or not.. i don't care.. its gonna be a great game.. and thats a fact..

It doesn't seem true. The characters seem reasonable enough, but I don't think Boon would just port them. After all, MKD seems to be all about the fans. And after the disappointment that was Mokap and Blaze (ESPECIALLY Mokap), you'd think he would put a hell of a lot more effort into the hidden characters.

I stand behind ninja_arts, I believe this to be the actual real deal list. My gut tells me its true, and my gut has never let me down before so....all ya'll non-believers will just see when you either 1. Get the guide or 2. Unlock them yourself. All in all, I just have one complaint; should have given Sareena her own fatality to make her unique. It's unfair to her character because even the DA characters still have moves to make them unique.

Also, no mention of the playable sub-boss. I really think this guy is full of shit. Midway wouldn't disappoint us again with the character roster like they did in MKDA. Ports of unchanged MKDA characters are not super at all nevermind superunlockables. All that work in Konquest to unlock DA'a Quan-Chi with his neck stretch fatality? C'mon. Even Midway is smarter than that. I just don't see this info as being true at all.

Also, I remember it being said that the guides wouldn't reveal the super-unlockables, or at least not all of them. This means one of 2 things. 1.The guy's a liar. 2. There's still other super-unlockables to hope for, probably completely revamped.

Why do the MK secret characters always get the development shaft :(
I would've preferred 6 well developed superunlockables rather than chess and puzzle mode. We're just getting more rehashes like Blaze and Mokap in mkda.

Well, not if the playable sub-boss, is, in fact, Noob/Smoke.

Also, YES, MIDWAY WOULD BE THAT LAME. Sad but true. I hope that guy was lying, but I'm not sure.

LOL I can understand WHY those are the actual secret characters. I just wish they had some NEW stuff like new fatalities and new stories but same moves and looks, that would be okay.

If this is true it sucks that the much hyped super secret characters are getting the half-assed treatment. I've been waiting for Sareena to appear in a real MK game for a long time and she's getting cold cocked.
Aw fuck! And if they have the same fatalities as MK:DA, this means Quan Chi's going to have his God damn neck stretcher again!

yeah Quan is my favorite character, but please get rid of his stupid fatality from MKDA... give him something else... a leg beater...anything

I don't think this info is completely accurate. If they were just directly porting MKDA character why wouldn't they just port ALL the missing ones? Not like it would be hard or time consuming. Plus Jax wasn't mentioned and it seems pretty certain he's in the game. The blacked-out character at the top of the select screen is almost certainly Jax in his military barret hat. None of the other character's head even bear that shape.

Even if he's right I wouldn't be surpised if he got Sektor and Cyrax confused. The two were nearly indentical in MKTE movewise.

if Sareena is in the game, i just hope Sareena's costume look cool and unique. her costume in MKTE look boring, plain and i hate it.
