you know what the funny thing is?

Almost every stragedy guide i've seen has something wrong with it. Like the gta strategy guide had at least 4 different weapons that didn't exist in the game. and so did the soul calibur 2 thing. I heard people say you could use a rubber chicken in three different sites or articles and there is no goddamn chickens in the whole game. So even if this is right, he looked at it fast, he probably didn't look through the whole thing and he probably messed up on something or other when he was trying to remember what he could when he was writing it down, so hope for more than what you here.

These unlockables sounds good, but I shall prefer to wait to see screens or official announcements...

I have no problem with the fact these characters could be not revamped (in fact, it would be more logical if it wasn't the case, cause MKD would take place immdediately after MKDA), but it would be more interesting if they had new fatalities, and one harakiri too...

I don't buy into it because of one reason.I don't think that the MK team would put quan chi's fatality from D.A. back in it after the many many many many complaints from the public. If they are indeed in there,I think their fatalities will be different. Also, alot of people may complain about it saying why in the hell do I need a copy of MK:DA when I now have some of the characters in Deception with the exact same things?I don;t think Midway or the Mk team would want copies of MK:DA to be cup coasters.
But then again..Look at MK3 to UMK3. Quoted from CrowClock "Someone from MKOnline told me about this topic. I almost believed you until I saw your profile. I think your full of crap. you just joined and you brought new info already? I hope your not lying" Indeed. After reading that and the profile.I highly doubt any of that is stone fact. But like I said before.Anything is possible.

I'd be happy with those characters ONLY if they got some new moves, combo's, costumes, and Fatality's. And Quan Chi's Fatality...... -_- HORRID. I am praying this info is false. And I am a big Cyrax fan, but after using him in Deadly Alliance, I want Sektor!

Yeah.Alot of people hate Stryker, but personally that will put the icing on the cake for me if he is in there.Shaokahn in there would be the cherry.Kabal and Ermac being the cake.

I dunno. It sounds fairly legit. Cyrax is the only character that shouldn't be there. There is nothing that I've been told, or have seen that even brings Cyrax to mind. I won't believe any of this until I see a picture, or am holding a copy of the guide in my hands.

Just bring me my Shang back. That's all I want.

I think it's true. There is one possible thing to support it. Didn't that guy on here post a spoiler pic that showed a render of Sareena and it had the Deception misty background and the metal/iron dragon icon in the back and she looked EXACTLY the same as TE. I, sadly enough, believe the guy.

I'm pretty dissapointed. One would think torrent means a lot more than six.

It's not set in stone.I don't buy anything without some kind of proof.

All looks good to me except Cyrax. That should be Sektor.

I'm with that.

He could of been in a rush and got them mixed up right? wink

Sektor need's to be in MK: D with his new storyline and potential, pretty shit that the super 6 will have 1 fatal that they had from MK: DA, which were all shite IMO.

I'm not sure if this is true anyways...

i just hope Sareena is the super unlockable. not only that it would be cool to add another female to MKD but it would also mean that i get to see what she looks like for the first time!!! (in 3d i mean)

That the Deadly Alliance would be among the super-unlockables has long been a rumour. Kitana, although her story is shit, makes sense too. So does Reptile. The other two don't make much sense.

Could Midway be lame enough to shove in a few unchanged DA characters? HELL YEAH. That's why I'm afraid this info may very well be true.

I believe the guy. Because it makes sense that the characters would not be changed from the old game because they are basiclly added extras for fun. I just hope Reptile gets his human form as an alt.

Believe him. Trust me on this one. The DK isn't a playable character, but I'm sure we'll see plenty of him in the Guide. Anyhow, this character line up looks the same as I was told and shown. He's right on the money on this one. I guess Brady lied, they're including all of the characters.

Someone over on GameFAQ's was using Sonya's bio as a way to say the guy was lying. False.

Sonya is not playable. Neither is Goro. We've seen him there, too. He's dead, and MK TE ties into MK D. I apologize if this crushes some hopes of Sonya/Goro being in the game, but they will not be.

I do believe that the super-secrets will be nothing more than MKDA port ins, which makes this seem true to me. I just hope they get at least a slight revamp of moves.

One thing I have noticed is that apart from Kitana (who may not be there anymore) we haven't seen any of the mentioned characters in the prison cells. I've believed for a while that the prison cells are a red herring at best, humour at worst. wink

That too. wink I certainly don't think they're an indication of who is unlockable. All in all, this sounds true and feels true, but that doesn't make it true. We will see. grin

Well, there's one thing bothering me. I was the one who had contacted Brady a while back, and they had told me that some characters would not appear in the guide due to Secrets Midway does not want to release.

Yet, here Everyone's there. I was told the specific Roster and this is it. The entire Roster.

I'm welcoming Reptile back, as well as Sareena. Doesn't anyone else think Shang Tsung looks like the guy who played Jesus?

Well, if it is true, which I think it is like I said, then I think they will still have their own unique stories and endings just like Blaze and Mokap did in DA. And besides, if you look on the good side for all ya'll Sektor fans, Midway might be making a smart move and could be saving up some hype for a really big story line for Sektor and his new klan. And yes, good point, Tsung does look a little like the guy who played Jesus. LOL I know some of ya'll might not agree with me and stuff but I think that they were wise to put in Tsung and Chi, because if it was Raiden that just made it out, that'd be lame, especially since it looks like they teleported out. And it also explains the picture of the Sareena render we were shown that looks like an exact background match from other renders. smile
