I also like how your endings are tied together, like Jax's and Sonya's. I don't know if it was an intentional nod to MK4, but I liked it a lot.

Great job there, amazing as usual. You always use extreme detail, and your storylines are very probable too. I like how Kira was in the b/g of Jax's ending - it makes it seem as if she will be the biggest threat in regards to the Dragon Clans, not Kabal.

Wow. These are just incredible endings. I'm completely dumbfounded as to who the two indistinguishable silhouettes were in Rain's ending. Any clues? Either way, I'm sure we'd all be interested to hear your vision for the ultimate MK villain, Shao Kahn. Perhaps you could let us in on it for the next story?

Good endings, Why did u kill off Kintaro though he just got back and he looks so cool. lol oh well, im sure u had ur reasons. Like how u killed off Ashrah, not Kano though, he always survives somehow lol. I was confused by Jades, did Tanya die? ~ SHEEVA ~

The scene starts with the screen showing us Sheeva's upper hands as they make their way across a gritty, rocky surface. As the screen zooms out, we not only see that Sheeva is positioned on a steep precipice overlooking the pyramid, but also that she is looking down at Shao Khan, who is defending himself against Rain's "Shocking Bolt" attack not too far from there. We get a close-up shot of her menacing eyes as they survey the area beneath her, then of her four arms as she readies her Shokan Daggers. She knew that while Khan was distracted by the ninja, she would have more of a chance to land a critical first strike on the emperor.

Sheeva prepares herself to leap from the precipice's edge and assault Shao Khan, but her surprise from what she sees next is enough to stop her. She sees the duo of Goro and Kintaro charging towards Shao Khan fiercely. For a moment, she believes the two Shokans are about to attack their former master as payback for his betrayl to their race years ago. She is shocked, however, when Kintaro begins kombat with Rain and Goro starts battling Bo' Rai Cho, to the emperor's obvious enjoyment. It is clear that the two are aiding Shao Khan... Sheeva remains undecided about what do do next: it is clear that if she goes after Khan, her two brothers would, of course, attempt to kill her. It is then that she hears a familiar, guttural voice being uttered behind her...

Motaro: "Yes, once again the emperor has favored the Shokan race, out of desperation for allies." (Sheeva hears approaching hooves hitting the rocky surface of the precipice). "If I was a fool such as yourself, perhaps I would also attempt to assassinate him as a form of vengeance..." (Sheeva turns to face the hated Centaur Motaro, who is now standing just behind her). "But I know that the best solution to this mild problem is to, once again, prove to Shao Khan that the Centaurs are far worthier of serving under him than your feeble kind."

Sheeva gets back to her feet properly.

Sheeva: "This time, you are the only Centaur here. If you attack the two Shokans now serving him, they would rip you apart... and I would not be able to overcome the temptation to assist them in doing so."

Motaro chuckles at Sheeva's statement, and beings to walk in a circle around her.

Motaro: "Again, thinking like the small-minded animal that you and your race are." (Sheeva snarls). "Why would I put my own life at such great risk by attacking two Shokans already under Khan's favor, when I have a helpess one right here with me." (Motaro chuckles again and brings his monstrous face close to Sheeva's cheek). "I will present your corpse to the emperor, and he will realize the Centaur's superior power over the Shokans." (We now notice that Motaro is raising his sharp tail high above Sheeva's head, and the Shokan is seemingly oblivious). "Soon after, he will dispose of those two himself..."

Motaro brings his tail down towards Sheeva speedily, aiming for her skull. Realizing his sneak attack just in time, she moves out of the way, but not fast enough to completely evade it, as the tail slices her left shoulder. A streak of green blood oozes from her wound, and Sheeva backs away from Motaro immediately, who grins.

Motaro: "This time, the outcome of our battle will be much different! I have had the first strike!"

Sheeva growls and rubs her Shokan Daggers against one another, then dashes towards Motaro. The triumphant grin on his face is erased immediately from his features and he tries to escape her imminent weapons. In an agile movement, Motaro manages to grab a hold of Sheeva's upper arms, then chucks her over his head. As she is about to hit the ground behind him, he lands on her a devastating kick with his hind legs, which send Sheeva back over his head and falling back onto the ground once again. Motaro raises his torso in the air, neighing, and brings his two hooves down on the fallen Sheeva, who is quick to react this time. She rises up at an alarming speed and sinks her Shokan Daggers on Motaro's exposed lower area, pushing him back with all her might. The Centaur drops backwards as Sheeva takes out her Daggers from him and falls on his back. Dust and sand fly everywhere as his massive body hits the surface. Sheeva then leaps high into the air and comes back down in her opponent's direction with her Teleport Stomp. Motaro scurries out of the way of her attack in the knick of time. Sheeva misses, but as the Centaur turns around to face her once more, she greets him with a powerful kick, followed by a nonstop combination of punches that come from every one of her arms, giving him no time to react. Sheeva's continuous assault forces Motaro to keep stepping back, and he starts to get closer and closer to the edge of the precipice. Once he realizes it, however, he takes only one more jab from Sheeva, then charges at her with his capricorn-like horns, sending the female Shokan sailing across the screen. Motaro spits out blood, then glares at her as she falls to the ground. Deeply enraged, he lets out a frightening, grating neigh and teleports behind Sheeva, immediately wrapping his right hand around her neck and raising her up. Foolishly enough, he takes a moment to enjoy Sheeva helplessly choking because of his grasp. The Shokan then cuts his torso with the Daggers on her lower arms. This infuriates Motaro even more, and he strikes Sheeva full in the face with his forcible fist. She hits the ground hard, green blood flowing from her face. She seems defeated...

Motaro: "A pathetic attempt to defeat me, Sheeva! Your inferiority has brought about your own death!"

Motaro raises his sharp tail in the air once more, and brings it back down aiming for Sheeva's stomach. Unable to recover from Motaro's punch in time, she is hopeless to elude his acute tail as it sinks into its target. Sheeva yelps in pain as Motaro raises her in the air with his tail.

Motaro: "You will die slowly..." (Motaro brings his tail, along with Sheeva, closer to his face so that she can see him grinning arrogantly). "I will allow you to feel your worthless life seep away from your very flesh..."

In an amazing recovery of her seemingly lost energy, Sheeva forces herself to reach out towards Motaro with her upper hands and grab his two horns. Motaro begins to shake violently side to side in an attempt to throw her off. He even lands on the Shokan a few uppercuts, but nothing seems to weaken her grip. Conjuring up all of the natural strength of a Shokan, Sheeva breks Motaro's horns in half. The Centaur neighs vociferously once again, then starts to run forward carelessly towards the edge of the precipice. Without noticing, the two monsters fall off.

The screen follows the two adversaries as they fall through the air in direction of the ground below. Sheeva has managed to free herself from Motaro's tail, and although is exhausted from taking so many hits, continues to strike the Centaur midair. Motaro also does not give up so easily, and returns the favor by constantly smashing his fists on her already-injured face. We get a brief shot of the two from a distance, and notice streaks of green blood being left behind as they near the land below. Once the screen zooms in once again, we realize that the two are about to hit the ground. Sheeva is the one who realizes this first. She elbows Motaro with both of her right arms, and while he is weakened, throws herself on his back so that Motaro is now closest to the ground. Sheeva has time to slash one of his legs before, at last, Motaro hits the ground forcefully. She rolls away from him, and we come to realize how dangerously injured Sheeva really is from her intense battle. She looks behind her, and notices Shao Khan overpowering Queen Sindel, and a large figure approaching the two.

Sheeva: "Forgive me, Sindel..."

Sheeva limps away from the scene, conscious that Shao Khan would ultimately notice her (and weak as she is, she would never survive a fight with him). She manages to get pretty far from the pyramid, particularly Shao Khan, before it becomes too much for her, and all goes dark before her eyes...

PICTURE: The picture shows Sheeva fallen on the very spot where she had lost consciousness. It is now completely dark around her. We see that she has lost a considerable amount of blood, which has piled beneat her body. If we look closely, we can also tell that Sheeva's right eye is slowly opening, and more interesting, that a black boot has stepped on the ground in front of her, a red cape flowing in the wind.

---- Sheeva's final battle with the Centaur Motaro had taken its toll on her. Although her drive to continue the battle ultimately granted her victory, there was no denying that it had left her completely drained, and close to death. Sheeva spent an unknown amount of time lying on the ground, away from the countless fights that were ocurring around the pyramid, all consciousness lost. Although close to losing her life entirely, her eyes slowly started opening, as she saw a strange man stepping in front of her, extending her hand towards the weakened Shokan... ----

There it is, Sheeva's ending. I do not really like the idea of Motaro being a bipedal, nor the story behind it about a strange curse being put on his race that caused this change, which is why I kept him as the four-legged monster that everyone has come to known. Sheeva's ending is quite mysterious, (hopefully) leaving everyone to wonder what the hell is going to happen next as next-gen arrives.

Still amazing. Dude I love your stuff! Sheeva's was cool. Personally, I think that the "black booted, red-caped figure" is Daegon. That's just my guess though. Could be completely wrong. Anyway, nice job and DEFINITELY keep it up. You've still got a LOT of characters to go! lol

I'm guessing I might get to, say, a little more than half of the roster of MK:A by the time it comes out? That is, as long as everyone keeps liking them and asking for more. And I doubt anyone will wanna keep reading more once they're playing their copy of the game itself

Anyways, I hope you do Smoke, Sektor, and Cyrax. And the Ashrah one was great. For once a character's ending doesn't involve the character completing his/her goal and actually dying to a person that would easily defeat her.

Motaro, being the most powerful Centaur would have done away with Sheeva(just some random Shokan) in 10 seconds.Sheeva only won last time due to her sneaking up on Motaro(and yes it does say that).

Anyway personally i would have had Motaro kill Sheeva and have Goro and Kintaro kill him in a act of vengance for killing one of their race.

Great job there, best story yet by far IMO...

I liked how you incorporated so much detail in the fight between Sheeva and Motaro. It allowed me to really picture the fight well.

I also liked how you made Motaro seem a little cocky, thinking he is far superior to the Shokan. It added a really nice touch.

I also liked the interaction between Sheeva and Sindel. The way that Sheeva was actually questioning whether to side with the Shokan at the beginning was great. It showed that side of her personality that I love so much. Then, how she said something along the lines of "forgive my Queen Sindel" shows that she shows loyalty to the Edenians. I like this a lot - I always pictured Sheeva as being exceedingly proud, and after Goro turning on the Edenians in MKD, I always suspected that Sheeva would be the one who helps the Edenians get through the whole thing (Not only does she have that past relationship with Sindel, but she also feels bad that the Shokan could turn on the Edenians after they forgave her race and teamed up with them against Kahns army).

I wish, however, that you allowed Sheeva to help Sindel. In her fight against Motaro, there was this drive she got which allowed her to keep going - I dont see why she couldnt use that against Kahn. But that is not a big issue - at least she didnt die.

The only bad part was the guy in the red cape...



But that is of no importance as that will affect the next generation story, not this one. And this one was by far your best - there is no way I could give it any less than

I think Goro and Kintaro are too busy assisting Shao Khan in the decisive hours of his life to worry about Motaro attacking another Shokan whom they haven't even (presumably) met yet. If Motaro did kill Sheeva, I don't think there would be someone willing to avenge her. And besides, I also highly doubt Motaro is the last of his race in all the realms. If we need another Centaur in next-gen, it would be the easiest thing in the world of incoorporate another on in there.



I definately think the same thing. Don't worry, when this is revealed, you won't suffer such a big disappointment. I don't plan on mutilating Sheeva's personality
