If they are seperated will Noob have his freeze move back as he is the original Sub Zero i mean Reiko now has his shurikens move back so what moves is Noob gunna have?

they have to be seperated? if they are not I dont think that the hidden mode will be a 2on2 or xonx mode.

It's clear they are in the select screen togeter, and we've already been told by mastermalone that they said yes they were togeter.
Let's just hope someone at E3 today will not ask if they are in the game togeter, but if they will be togeter for sure in the final build of the game.
This doesn't have to be set in stone, if enough fans complain I am sure they could change it, it couldn't be that hard for them to seperate them and recycle a weapon style for each of them.

Well, looks like I'm going straight to KAK to make them seperate. There's always that - we can, after all, recreate them 100%, moves and all.

besides, their teleports were just lame rehashes that scorpion seems to have picked up. but honestly, with reiko having all of saibots moves, i dont see it happening.
ill just make a kreatedkombatant that is noob saibot and human smoke. you can all do the same.

i don't know about you guy's but i don't like being forced into things like being made to play konquest mode on mk:d & mk:da to unlock characters, being forced to use noob saibot just so i can use smoke (who is my favourite character) if you can't tell this kind of thing really fucks me off. whoever it was who decided to make noob-smoke a team again is going to get a fuck load of hate mail because he's an ignorant fuck and if i ever see him/her in public i'm going to beat them to death with my old skool skateboard or my ice hockey stick, the fucker doesn't deserve to live.

Pure speculation on my part, but given what we've seen so far - Sub-Zero's mask, a tarkatan head - even Scorpion's flaming skull head, which isn't part of either of his default costumes - I'd be very surprised if we couldn't.
Yeah, there's always that. And for those who really liked it, I'd wager we could recreate his MK:SM form, if not a very close approximation.

I SHOULD be Noob Saibot and Smoke(with his human form as alternate outfit just for the kicks lol). I would also love to see Noob's MK4 "Grim Reaper" outfit lol with Scythe and all

i would like to form a conclusion
First of all it is certain everyone(the overwhealming majority) wants them separated, yes at e3 they were seen grouped but it is still to early to say "it isn't over till the fat lady sings right?"
Then if they are combined what are to do? we're gonna be pissed off and make both characters in KAK.... it won't be exactly the same but what the hell at least they're there and we can make them how we would like them in their best configuration.
And as many have said even though it seems illogical to combine two characters with such background potential and appreciation we can't do anything about it excep recrate out favourites ourselves thanks to the possibilities granted by the people that may keep them grouped and i hope everyone will calm down and understand that it is okay to pe pissed but being pissed isn't going to change the situation...

For KaK's all of Smoke's moves should be available. Scorpion's has all his missing moves, except for invisiblity, which Noob had in MKD so should be available.
The only unique moves Noob had that no one else had an equivalent to are his clone attack and No-block ball so we'll just have to wait and see for those. So far no one has used a scythe either sadly. Tanya, Reiko, and Scorpion have all the moves he had in MK2, MK4, and MK:TE. Noob's got quite a list of moves he's had,so making a "proper" version of him that quicks ass in battle should be too hard.
I'll definately be making a human Smoke Kak. I might give him Jarek's laso instead of Scorpion's harpoon because I had a similar idea for his trident harpoon back when MKD was being made to make it unique to Scorpion's attack. Trying to reproduce his UMK3 moveset should be fun. Not looking for exact, just the basic layout and concept.

As many others have said, there's probably still plenty of time. I remember in some of the MKD promos, the characters still had their exact deadly alliance stuff.
I'm hoping they're seperate, both characters are a favorite of mine and would be awesome to use with specialty weapons.

Well, that's how we got this upgraded fighting engine, which seems to be very much free of many problems in DA and D. I'd say as an MK fan that being pissed goes a long, long way towards achieving goals.

i have discussed this before:is contraddictory to have them togther since boon stated that EVERY fighter will have ONE fighting styles plus a weapon.so,with noob smoke how it should work?noob is the fighting style and smoke the...well,"weapon"?they would be cheap,since everyone would have a fighting style while noob-smoke will have two(one for each of them)...

It really doesn't matter to me. I ain't picky. Noobs my fav character and Smoke is a top 10 fav of mine. I think personally if noob is still in control of smoke story wise like i think he will be, unlike most people thinking smoke will malfunction or w/e i think they should stay together and if we just wanted to only play as one either a) maybe they'll make a single version of both or b) we can create them singly in KAK mode. If smoke does malfunction and disobeys noob then they should seperate. Either way is fine with me.
