@PS2 guys... you'll soon realize, if you haven't already, that MKF is infamous for making overtly long posts. Even moreso for making them with little substance. Mostly rambling, repeating, and off-topic things.

We all seem to agree that he does it for one of two reasons. Either...

1. He types every single thing that pops in his head. This would explain why his posts consistently go off topic and repeat already mentioned information.

2. He doesn't want you to read and respond to him. Making an epic novel will prevent most people from reading it all and thus burn them out before they can respond. It also may be a cover-up for him not compeletely reading other people's posts before he responds (which there's plenty of evidence of).

I'm not saying that the Ps3 is terrible,I'll buy one as soon as I can get a hold of $500. It's just I think that the 360 is better.

They don't break easily,Those were the very first systems released.Since then Microsoft has extended the warranty to 3 years,and has offered countless patches.

I know for a fact that the Ps3 will catch up,but the 360 is just as equal.

As you can see Wii is leading and PS3 is rooted in last place. But I've said over and over again that one would be ignorant to use sales figure to judge which console is better. The fact that Windows owns over 90% of OS market doesn't make it the best OS out there. Same logic applies here.

I believe PS3 and 360 are head and shoulders above Wii in terms of functionality. And they will get even better when it comes to available games. While I love the 360, I think PS3 is a solid system and will eventually have as many quality games to compete with the 360.. (Keyword here is quality.. Quantity gives false measurement).

Wii on the other hand is a VERY weak machine. YES, the whole interactive controller thing is nice but that's not good enough reason to even start comparing it to the other two. It's weak in the sense that it offers only a fraction of the functionalities avaiable on PS3 and 360. It can't even do the simplest of things like play DVDs (not that's weak!). It cost 250bucks, right?! I can't justify that price tag based on direct comparison with 360 and PS3. and if you're a power gamer, you'd need Wii plus something else(PS3, 360 or solid PC).. whereas if you have one of the other, then you probably wouldn't need to have a peep at Wii except if you like Mario.

I will definitely invest in a PS3 at some point and probably grab a Wii if I'm feeling lucky. But 360 is better over all (I think!).

I have a 360 and a Wii,but it's not all that great.Personally,I think it could have been much better.Trax,you're right as it is the weakest system at the moment. It's fun,but graphical capability speaking;it's alright.I'd recommend you buy one much later.

I thought GTrax's post was very valid. Besides, he did mention that sales figures do not necessarily tell the whole story.

Anyway, for me PS3 > X-Box 360. But it's not really a big margin whatsoever. It's just that the X-Box 360 doesn't have some games that I like.

The Wii is a joke, and thus, I am not even ranking it because it has no functionalities as GTrax mentioned. The Wii is highly overrated and will in time as the PS3 and X-Box 360 get better games along the way.

To MKF: Stop with that bull-shit, man. I read your post. The X-Box has better servers because they are MAINTAINED. The PS2 servers, on the other hand, are not. Don't blame the PS2 for that. Blame Gamespy. The lag overall is the same for the two consoles. I talked to numerous people about that a long time ago.

Dude, it's NOT BS ok...I've played both consoles online and I spent plenty of hours on both....thus I can judge based off my experience and WILL. Xbox is much better and AS I said because they're MODERATED. Did you not read that part where I posted that? Well, I blame PS2 partially because obviously Sony and gamespy work together since GS sports the servers for them...lag is not the same, much less on Xbox

Yes, lag happens in all online games not going to deny that concept but I played PS2 for hours at my friends hous(who has an even better conncection then my high speed btw) and I have xbox live myself......no doubt the overall online play is better for live that includes less lag.

Alright. I still won't take your opinion over the 15+ people that told me X-Box lag = PS2 lag a along time ago when I actually played the games.

Come to think of it, 360 live has been horrible over the last week. The server is overloaded or some shit like that. Too many services (messenger and all that shit ) are integrated into 360 live and that's starting to fuck things up. Once you're logged on it's fine but you may have try several times to get to that stage.

The connection on x-box for MKA when it comes to lag is slightly better but the difference is not that significant at all. When I play Krazie Bone we lag about the same on both consoles. X-box does have superior graphics, but the difference in lag is nothing to complain about. I think lag depends more on the party's high-speed internet connection as well as location rather than the console for this particular situation.

I've noticed everyone else who has made the transition from x-box to PS2 enjoyed playing on PS2 except MKF. I think MKF's problem with PS2 when it comes to MKA is not the lag but the actual game setup for matches. Someone who cherry picks and hides behind optimatch looking for scrubs to beat up on similarly like MKF would find it very difficult to do that on the PS2 console because of the lobby. In the lobby you can see everyone, you can't appear offline, and you can communicate amongst each other there. MKF likes to hide he can't hide in that type of environment. Not to mention that PS2 grants the user up to like 10 different login names so you wouldn't know if you are playing an elite or a noob, I think that sums it up right there on why MKF dislikes playing the game on PS2.

Well, I agree with you completely. X-Box does have better graphics and a superior server that is constantly maintained. If I were paying money for it, I would expect no less of course.

As I said, I talked to many, many people (BNR, Alex, Malone, Noobed, Doohoo, PigHut, Dan, Redsaleen, Mr. S, etc. etc.) a long-ass time ago and most said that the lag is almost the same, if not the same. But I guess MKF knows better than 20+ people.

well ps2 is worse cause i cant really glitch on xbox, yet on ps2 i can glitch throw everyone. so if i can do it everyone on ps2, than ps2 overall must lag more.

as far as graphics, 360 mka blows them both away.

Only thing that is fucked up about the XBL on 360 is that sometimes when your playing the XBL will just shut down. I guess they're trying to update something when this happens but theres like no warning for it. it would be better if they messaged you about it saying the XBL will be out for alittle while, but the only "warning" you get is when your playing a game and outta nowhere you disconnect and sign off XBL.
