Looks very similar in design to the MK male-ninjas. Which is already a good thing by itself. Another atrocity like MK9 female ninjas design would have been a great disappointment.
If she has a unique style to boot - it will be awesome.
Also, I doubt it's Kim Wu. She has...like nothing to do with her. And as, Razor said, she gives off middle eastern vibe, rather then asian.

I'm liking Female Spider-Man/Freddy Krueger.

Only on an iPad for me. Might have been the way I re-sized them, I did it differently than I usually do. I changed it back, so they should be good now.

I'm not crazy about the name. Doesn't really fit IMO. She still looks badass though.

That 88 hit Thunder was pretty awesome. Something I'm noticing with the Ultras are that they kind of remind me of UMKT's Brutalities in a way, where you have certain sequences that repeat. Not really a bad think IMO because they don't kick into auto mode like in UMKT, the user actually has to perform each move.

The name fits to me because she screams Middle Eastern. Sadira is one letter away from being my ex's name, they had a different starting letter. And my ex told me back when we met that her name is from Israel.
(Though she was Mexican)

I love the music in Devils Landing. The Ultra event, with the tornado, the rain, and lighting, easily make it my favorite of the four we've seen so far.

The name is fine. I think it just hasn't set into the public zeitgeist yet. We've been too used to having uninspiring names for most of the KI cast for almost 2 decades. So thinking of a new character in the franchise can be a little weird.

Apparently all the characters have them: Jago musical Ultra.
Maxi also has a video explaining the dynamic music in the game. I'd post the link to it (along with Saberwolf and Glacius's musical Ultra), but I'm typing this post on mobile and its a pain to edit html code.
As far as I've read the musical ultra kicks in if you use instinct mode to perform a double ultra. The melodies become more pronounced during the second ultra.

One thing I will say, I would've been a ton more active on these boards if NRS were as interactive with us as DH is currently being. I don't totally agree with the launch situation but I love the idea of this game growing over the years, I was hoping for something like that with MK2011 especially with how the story mode was structured. Btw Jaded-Raven I'm Mr.Din over at the DH boards, pretty certain you see how active I am over there. :P

I'm not really digging Ultras. They remind me of Create-a-Fatality in the sense that it's just a matter of muscle memory. What happens in the background of the stages is cool but I find them really unimpressive.

Maybe there a little bit of both. They're like brutalities except it doesn't kick into auto mode after the first 10 hits. They're like create a fatality in a sense that the user picks which moves to use.
Also here is the video explain the dynamic music in the game: Killer Instinct Dynamic music.

Precisely.
Ultras can differ depending on the player's combo. They vary from 80-120 hits. So there is creativity in Ultras, same with Create-A-Fatalities. Brutalities were just one input and you would sit back and watch the show.
But they are quite similar to Brutalities in the sense you see the character hitting the victim with the same moves over and over again in one continuous combo.

Well, the same moves being used over and over could just be an indication that people aren't as familiar with characters at this point. Right now they now a few linkers, some auto-doubles, some resets, the instinct and the enders. I think once people get the game in their hands and spend some time with it, we might see people start to get creative.
IGN just revealed that the starting line up will only have six characters with two more characters and a story mode coming in February or March. There is also the possibility of them re-releasing the original Killer Instinct. A second season (which would not be available until late 2014) would add eight more characters. With the release of a new movie and MK2014 (Don't quote me on the date, wouldn't be surprised if it weren't MK2015) I think Killer Instinct is going to epically fail.

At Fighters Generation they have an article for character rotations. Just thought I'd give you guys the heads up. So chances are you will be able to play every character but you may have to wait several months in order to play as Spinal for example. Unless you pay the bills.
Wonder if it will be similar to Archeblade where there's several character rotations to keep the game a bit more fresh and fun.
