Alright, I think this thread has happend before, but hey...it's alot of fun.

It's simple. I'll post 2 superheroe/supervillains (one from the marvel universe and the other from the DC universe) then you will vote which superhero/supervillian would win if they ever came across a fight. Try to explain why you think that person would win. The voting period will last for one day, and I'll then post another set of superheroes/supervillains.

Thor has strength that rivals the Hulk, godly stamina, super speed and reflexes, superb hand to hand combat skills, weather control abilities, energy projection, and flight. Superman could have a rough time with this god.

Thor.
I know he could control thunder through that hammer of his. Im not too sure Thor is stronger then Superman. I still vote for Thor.

Umm...Superman. As much as I hate DCs stuff right now, Superman is far stronger and faster then Thor. Sure, Thor's lightning could hurt Superman (it is magical after all) but Superman could kill Thor before he could raise his hammer to do anything.

Superman for sure, Thor is impressive but Superman outdoes him in every way, his Axe would be still coming down meanwhile Supes would already be behind him then either punch him miles away or throw him god knows how far.

Superman would be moving wayyyy too fast for Thor to do anything.

My vote is for Superman.

For all the DC haters, just want to say one thing.You're entitled to your opinions but know this.DC came out before Marvel and Marvel was no doubt inspired by DC comics.

Superman could defeat thor by looking at him.

or he could blow him away.

and lets not forget mega strength and speed so as you can see super could own and kill thor plus superman has all those alien pets.

It would be a 1 sided fight.

Thor throws a bolt of lighting at Superman
Superman dodges it with ease
Superman goes in for a close hit
Superman smashes Thor in the face
Thor says: How dare you strike ME! Son of Odin!
Thor becomes angry as all hell
Thor speeds after Superman
Thor hits Superman
Superman hits the ground
Thor smashes Supermans head with his hammer
Supermans head explodes.

There's nothing to vote on. This happened already in the presumably canon JLA/Avengers crossover a couple years back. Superman won.

Superman won, but like it or not, Thor is probably the more compelling argument.

And while "weaknesses" to magic don't really factor into it, noone ever seems to talk about the lightning ambush when Thor's in the mix.

That's pretty damn fast if you ask me and probably faster then lightning if not faster.

Not necesarily, In the Ultimates (ultimate version of the Avengers), Thor beats the shit out of quicksilver( a super speedy mutant).

Lightning bolts are extremly fast and can catch up on Superman's speed.

I'm very certain lightning is far faster than a speeding bullet. Superman is faster than Thor but not for the reasons you stated. Superman has exceeded the speed of light but the problem is he frequently (and by frequently I mean almost always) never goes that fast because unlike the Flash he doesn't have the speed force protecting everything around him. If Superman went lightspeed on Earth everything would go boom. Superman can potentially lose to Thor but not because he lacks the power to win. It's just that holding back has become Superman's #1 trademark.

Alright, seems like Superman won that round. Lets not waste anytime, and just get to round 2. This time it's Batman versus Ironman.

Both superheroes dont have powers naturally. They're both billionairs. They're both super smart. Both of them can get the girls anyday.

But who is stronger?

For this fight, remember that Batman has access to all gadgets, batmobile, bat jet, and all his other batman goodies.

Round 2. Fight!

Both don't have powers, but in this case, Iron Man's armor has (super strength, flight, shooting energy blast). Though Batman is an expert martial artist, it wouldn't be enough to beat Iron Man. So, it would be an easy win for Stark imo.

Can't wait for Green Arrow match if it's held

Hmm.... Batman is very strong and powerful, but Iron Man is both and has very powerful armor with a touch of power blasts...

Iron Man Gets my vote. Even though I like Batman more..

Guys, remember that batmancould be using his batmobile, batjet, and some of the mechs he's designed in the past.

For this battle, I can see batman using an armor that could rival ironman's. If batman has a suit that can rival Ironman's, Batman could win because he's an experienced hand to hand combatant, whereas Iron man is just some guy in an armor suit,

Found this at wiki: "Batman keeps variant costumes for dealing with extraordinary situations; for example, he has been shown in a SCUBA variant of his costume, a fireproof version for fighting his enemy Firefly, as well as others. Many future versions of the hero, including those shown in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Kingdom Come, Batman Beyond and Batman versus Predator, show him swapping his cloth costume for a suit of powered armor."

I'll go for Batman, Ironman's wealth and gadgets are cancelled out by BRuce Wayne, then it's just a simple case of Batman coming out the winner in a scrap.

I never know his armor looking, could you post the pic? Btw, Iron Man isn't just "some guy in an armor suit" . Taken from wiki :

"When Stark was unable to use his armor for a period of time, he asked Captain America for combat training and has become physically formidable on his own."

So, he is a well fighter in armor or without one.
