I'm very certain lightning is far faster than a speeding bullet. Superman is faster than Thor but not for the reasons you stated. If Superman went lightspeed on Earth everything would go boom. Superman can potentially lose to Thor but not because he lacks the power to win. I mentioned that in my first post tiger, among some others.Supes overall simply outdoes Thor in every way just about, I'll still run with supes super speed over anything thor can throw at him.
So even if lightning speed is faster then a speeding bullet, it won't catch up to Supes.He'll be moving way too fast for thor to lock onto him.
And you're right about your last part especially, Superman is afraid he'll hurt or kill someone all the time imagine if he used his powers to full potential...
Hmmmm, for Batman vs. Ironman...interesting match up.Since you said kingjolly that Batman has access to everything he has, I think I'll go with Batman in the end.He's also a lot more stealthy and a much better fighter then Stark overall.Ironman is more of a in your face guy, Bats on the other hand uses his stealth and nails ya without even knowing it often.
But say in an all out fight, since Bats has access to all his gadgets, batmobile etc I'll go with Batman in this case.
Also, remember for those who might have forgot.Batman has LOTS of suits, including insanely powerful ones.They showed some of these in Batman Animated series as well as some comics.

Let's not forget that Iron Man has countless armor models as well. Everything from deep sea, to space exploration. And if he really has to, he'll break out the Hulk Buster armor. So Batman's other suits aren't really the case since Stark can match them with his own.
