Well happy trails Ken Shamrock. Not to many people thought that he had much of a chance in his fight with Tito Ortiz. Sure enough is wasn't much different form the last fight they had. At least htey settled their differences. Next for Tito Ortiz is a title shot against Chuck LIddle. The fight should be better than the last one, as long Tito doesn't let his ego get the best of him. I think Ortiz can take Liddle, if he gets him to the ground.

Franklin got smoked last night by Silva. Franklin whent into this fight thinking that he can stand with anyone and he got knocked out. Franklin played right into Silvas hands and didn't last 2 minutes. Now I wonder who can challenge Silva?

Kenny Florian lost last night to Sean Sherk. The fight whent the distance and Sherk had the marks to show for the fight, but he dominated Florian on the ground. Florian landed some good shots but in the end it was Sherk winning.

Damn, that would have been GREAT if Serra had gone down from the back fist again. I was like "drop his ass!!" Good to see Shonie in good spirits,too. He's a cool cat and I hope he gets some more fights in.

TUF3- Serra and Shonie was a good fight. I think Lutter will beat Drago and also COte over Dewees.

Tuff 4 Serra and Carter was a good fight. Everyone knew that backfist was coming, and Carter landed it. I was thinking that Serra was going to drop from that for sure, but Serra hung in there and got the win. I liked Cartes take downs in that fight. He was patient and made his take downs work. Serra on the other hand seemed to struggle to out muscle Carter. In the third round Serra was almost screaming when he took down Carter. It was one of my favorite fights of Tuff 4. I also want to see Cote vs. Dewees. I also think Cote will win that fight, but then again this is MMA. Anything can happen.

TUF 4 finals tomorow not feeling to good about Cote and Serras chances at winning and i think theyll both lose sadly. Im picking Lytle and Cote anyways

Also for whoever said about anyone beating Silva i bet you a good wrestler could get the best of him. Its obvious by what he did to Franklin that you don't wanna stand up with him but if you take him down and have good submission defense than that person could win it IMO.

Tito vs. Chuck- ssss... I still think Ken was just a mediocure opponent nearing the end of his career and all Tito's wins lately against ken and forest which were all close fights. Tito in my mind is gonna have to pull off a miracle to win this bout. 3 reasons
1)This means not getting rocked by chuck liddell(if you stand with him its gonna happen)
2) Take chuck to the ground which we rarely see anymore cause hes a strong bastard.
3) Chuck uses xyience and that is a recipe for disaster lol.

Chuck will probly knock tito or force the ref to stop the fight. I would be more interested in seeing a fight between chuck and wanderlei or chuck and shogun.

Awesome stuff GSP brings a title to Canada. In fasion might i add. Matt Hughes basically did nothing but get punched and kicked in this fight and im waiting for someone to complain about his groin kicks. Too bad for Monson he was just too short to be really affective props for his efforts though. Tim "Garbage" Silvia really didn't do anything in that fight but survive. 2 for 2 tonight, also hows about that deutche guy with that viscous leg kick. Also im a little saddened, Frank Mir just isn't the same fighter he once was, he shows little energy in the ring and barely is pumped before a fight. Vera vs. Silva should be a good fight, don't really care for either fighter.

Honestly, the show was kind of shitty last night. However, it was sooooo wonderful seeing GSP with that strap around his waist. I figured Hughes wouldn't be a problem for him, I just didn't think it wuold go down in the second. Good stuff. GSP is a beast. Hughes also has only one more fight on his current contract. Currious if he'll retire.

I love how we now have two international fighters with belts. Hopefuly some of those shitty UFC fans will brigthen up.

Bummed Jeff didn't get the strap. I was sceaming when he had Tim in that guilotein. Oh well, tim stuffed those take downs amazingly well. Hopefuly Jeff will get another shot sometime down the line; he still has some years in him.

What fucken shitty music was mishima coming out in that was fucken terrible, its almost as bad as Matt's Hughes fucken country breakfast music that he somes in with. Mishimas music was FUCKEN ridiculus i muted my comp when i heard that.

I was at UFC 65. I was pretty surprised to see Mishima get submitted the way he did, and as fast as he did. I was expecting a ground war, but it didn't turn out that way.

I was dissapointed that Monson lost. I figured that he wouldn't be able to handle Sylvia height advantage, but I was still hoping Monson would pull it off. He came close. I want to see how Vera does against Sylvia. Vera just crushed Frank Mir. I'm hoping for Vera/Sylvia.

GSP looked like a man possesed out there. Hughes never really got anything going for him. GSP was all over huges and almost put him away at the end of the 1st round. GSP just stayed right in Huges' face and took him apart. I was sitting in a section that was for GSP, and I wanted GSP to win. If GSP comes out with that kind of energy, and explosiveness, then Matt Sera is going to be in a world of trouble

I agree that for the most part it wasnt a great show, but I can look forward to seeing Ortiz/Liddel 2. The smart choice to win this fight would be LIddel, but I'm going with Ortiz. I'm a fan of both fighters, but I think that Ortiz can get this fight to the ground and pound out a win.

I think it's funny how the UFN's are better than the actual UFC PPV's, lol. Feel bad for Riggs, dude has been in a slump big time. Oh, and Trigg took mayhems betl a few weeks ago in Hawaii. That's awsome. I like both, but I'm happy to see Trigg back on track, or so it seams.

Yeah that true. But they are still big guys. I saw Batista in real life and that guy is F**KIn HUGE no joke! He looked like a monster. I also met UFC fighters Josh Koscheck and Josh Burkman, they are not 5'10 like it says. I'm 5'8 and taller than both. Check out my pictures in my profile. I also wanted Monson to win. I train Jiu-Jitsu with a guy who used to train with Monson. He said Monson was so big and nearly impossible to beat. This was comming from a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

WFA coming to UFC is awesome also Crocop too that is intense. Somebody tell Tim Sylvia to loosen his grip on that belt cause Crocop is going to knock his big dumbass out out. I would like to see Crocop's tune up fight to be against Vera and kick that guys ass out too. I think they should make a card with:
Liddell-Rampage (could work even if he does somehow loses to Tito)
Crocop-Vera

Good event overall, impressed by Tito's stand up although Chuck could probly have ended it earlier. I think Chuck wanted to end in a bang so he let Tito up. I picked Jardine to win, pretty sweet ending to that one and got a laugh out of Forrest's exit. McDonald was pretty sweet as well.

Im looking forward to a Liddel-Rampage rematch. Liddel will probly win but i think if Jackson can get a clinch or something going he could do some dammage to Chuck. Should be a good fight though.

Just watched the Lidel vs Ortiz match.

Ortiz has improved alot, i was amazed, but Lidel was just too much, the last 30 secconds of the first round was ofcourse Chuck letting Tito stay on his feet for the duration of the round, he definatly could have put him away in that round, but decided not too.

Its one of the best matches ive seen in a while.

I was also Impressed with The British guy "his name was hard to remember".

I hope mat hughes gets his title back soon though, i was gutted when i saw him loose a few weeks ago.

Cro Cop Spoilers!!!

I was really hoping to see Cro Cop vs. Couture, but Gonzaga droped Cro Cop like third period french. So now it's Gonzaga vs Couture. Either way it will be a good fight. It's going to be a hard fight for Couture, but I wont doubt that Couture can get job done.

I got tickets to see UFC 73. I'm actually looking forward to seeing Ortiz vs. Evans. I honestly don't like Evans. He's not very fun to watch. Most of his fights are boring, except his last fight when he knocked out Salmon. Rashad got luck with that kick. You could see he was setting up for a high kick, and Salmon just leaned into it. Personally I think Tito Ortiz is going to knock Evans around the octagon. Evans is good but he's never fought anyone even close to the skill and talent level of Tito Ortiz. Stephen Bonnar was the biggest name oponent in my mind to fight Evans and he just laid on Bonnar like a drunk prom date. I expect Tito to roll right through Evans. Speaking of Bonnar I know he's on the card but I'm not sure who he's fighting.

Sherk vs. Franca looks to be a bad match up. Sherk with his nearly unstopable takedowns against Francas wild striking, but Franca can land one of his wild punches and knock out Sherk. I mean GSP dominated Sherk on the ground, but Franca is no GSP. So I think GSP is going to walk away with the win.
