he means players that only take advantage of slightly broken characters to have the advantage...

It can be fair if played/set up like a "professional tourney" like no items, no DT stages etc and of course no infinites or abuse glitches etc

That's how the pro SSB players in Melee did it, they don't use items, DT stages like you said.

Time limit would have to be the one thing everyone has to come to grips with, the above is just a nobrainer though.

Depending on how "broken" Marth and Sheik" are, possibly ban them.

Infinites are actually allowed in pro tournaments man

One of my pals that's obsessed with SSBB showed me and told me about this infinite where if you're on a certain wall stage you can't escape it....

I'd hope they'd not allow that stage.

Infinites don't really affect the match too much. Most infinites are only threats on walk off stages or stages with low ceilings. Most of those stagesare banned in Tourney play. Still, it's annoyingashell when you're brawling against a D3 player and their using his infinite on you >_>

Ohh ok so they are banned...the stages that players can infinite off of all day. That's good, that's what I meant. I would hope if I were in a SSBB tourney they'd do that or ban the character lol
