Samus' shoes were design to make her stronger and propel herself. They were obviously not design for a catwalk.
I personally like the design of her shoes, and I like that they glow too.

Brawl's roster wasn't revealed before release, I don't think. They released a handful on the Smash Bros. Dojo website, but then kept hush-hush until release. If I recall, Pokemon Trainer wasn't ever announced, for example. He was just a nifty surprise.

For Brawl, they indeed kept Ness, Lucario and Jiggly hidden but they were leaked 2 weeks before release

It would have to be a secret character except for Snake and Sonic. According to the Brawl website using Wayback Machine, Olimar and Pikmin were the last default character to be revealed on January 9th, 2008. Brawl was released in Japan on the last day of the same month. Ness was revealed as a secret fighter the next day.
The character listings on the site are arranged by date. Pokemon Trainer was revealed on August 13, 2007.

I concocted the list from current and upcoming Nintendo titles, which is what SSB rosters tend to stem from. Considering Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze and the success of Lord Icarus Uprising, I figured Dixie Kong and Dark Pit would be very likely to be added to the roster.

I just added Kamek because I want another Yoshi character SO badly. lol

Knuckles could be a good character to introduce if they were to bring another Sonic character into Super Smash.

And Dixie has a good chance too because she was once an idea (or apart of a fan wish list I can't remember) to be apart of the series.

Gotta watch that Did You Know for the Smash series, they did talk about certain characters that were either ideas or what people wanted, like James Bond for instance.

I'd love for them to add Waluigi. Getting him as an assist trophy in Brawl/Project M was funny as hell and I think they could do a lot of creative things with him.

As much as I would prefer not to see Sonic again or any characters from the series being playable.... I wouldn't hate it as long as they didn't use the Sonic Boom designs.

Bowser Jr could be cool with a set of paint based attacks. Some Shadow Mario attacks would be cool too. Maybe some color schemes like this.





I'm really sick of Mr Game & Watch too. He really hasn't been fun to play as in Melee or Brawl and I'm hoping he doesn't make the cut.

I would love for them to add Bowser Jr. I think they could do a lot with him. He can use his paint brush from Sunshine as a weapon. I doubt they'll add him though. :/

I like Mr. Game & Watch.

He's a lot of fun to play with and he can be quite a challenge defeating. I also feel he's become sort of a staple of the series.
