I haven't checked the updates in a while, Diddy looks great. I'm glad he's in.

Diddy looks like he's going to be pretty good, and I'm so excited about that since I'm dying to play as him, he's one of my favorites. His pop guns and his jetpack look like they'll come in handy during a fight, except for the fact that both attacks can backfire on you and explode, but that makes things more interesting! I am still dying though to see who else they add, they haven't added a character in almost two weeks.

And to answer Shinnok Fan64, Luigi doesn't really count as a clone character because he had a few different moves than Mario did on Melee. Like for example, his foward B move was different than Mario's. Clones are exactly the same except they usually play differently. A clone would be more like Ganondorf as compared to Captain Falcon, Falco as compared to Fox, Young Link as compared to Link, Dr. Mario as compared to Mario, Marth as compared to Roy, etc. All of these characters have the exact same moves all the way around, their smash attacks, their special moves, everything. The only thing that made them different is for example: Falco's Up B attack shot him almost nowhere yet Fox's would send him really far. Link's Up B attack would send people far away if they got hit, while Young Link's would keep the opponent stuck in the attack and it would deal massive damage yet not send the opponent anywhere. So even though the clones had the same moves, they still played differently and that's why I wouldn't mind if all of the clone characters came back. I mean, I play as Falco on Melee, yet I have a harder time playing as Fox because his moves work slightly different than Falco's.

I think if Sonic will be in Brawl, they'll wait to talk about him either right before launch, or not until after the game's release.

I hope ridley makes it, he'd be a interesting character to play as.

I had a dream with Meowth playable. Curiously, it wasn't the talking Meowth, it was just a regular quadrupedal Meowth, and he kicked ass! Since that dream I want him in Brawl very badly. Let me tell you what I remember from my dream:

Pay Day: If you remember in Super Smash Bros 64, Pay Day was the move Meowth did when he got out of a pokeball. Basically he jumped and several coins popped out of him, juggling nearby enemies in the process. In my dream, the more you pressed the B button while holding down on the joystick, the more coins popped out of Meowth. You could do this move as long as you liked and the enemy got caught in the move. I guess you could compare the move to Donkey Kong's Down+B move (the ground pound).

That's the coolest part of my dream: Meowth evolved into Persian. Sadly enough I woke up as soon as it evolved.

The reason there is probably no WiFi is because usually Nintendo puts the WiFi logo on it's covers, even before it's released. Or that's what I heard from the deadly GameFaqs Board

If they make him a secret, then it should at least not be revealed until release.

honestly i am quickly losing my patience with their updates. we wait two fuckin weeks for a new character to be introduced but they give us a character who we already kno about, wtf?

Anyways, I got this great idea. Why don't we make a Brawl Strategy Guide? To kill time and what not. Basically we start working out the artwork, making the pages, etc, and when Brawl comes out, we put on the strategies for characters, secrets, etc. Any one interested?

Here's some characters i think would suit Brawl well.......

Sora from Kingdom Hearts; he probably won't get in, but if he did it'd be awesome. His final smash could be he takes out his keyblade and does his Ragnarok move, or it could be Roxas comes out of nowhere and aids Sora in beating the shit out of a selected opponent.

Riku from KH would be better probably; his final smash could be he turns into Dark Riku, and does his teleport stab attack to every opponent.

Sonic i really want in Brawl, his final smash could be he turn into Golden Sonic.

Ridley'd be great as well, but i'm not sure what his final smash would be.

Jill from RE would be a interesting character in Brawl, but her final smash i have clue what'd be.

You really need to be patient. If Sakurai only intends to reveal the non-hidden characters until the game comes out, we'll probably only have a few more left. Captain Falcon, Ness/Lucas, maybe Ice Climbers, and one more newcomer is what I'd expect. And that has to last us until December.

well ive heard there are gonna be 2-3 third party characters excluding snake in SSBB.i heard that from...wikipedia i think?

Updates - Pokémon Stadium 2/Mario: Special Moves

Pokemon Stadium 2 looks cool, I like the elemental effects.

Mario's new FLUDD move will probably be useful in tight situations. Good move though......and btw, since Mario has that now I'm guessing him and Luigi are no longer clones.....that'd be great. Maybe Luigi will have his own special move, like using his Vacuum or something. Hopefully most characters aren't clones though.

Mario's FLUDD moves seem interesting, but i have to agree with Dark_Noob; they only seem really useful if you're in a very bad situation like close to death, and you want to push away your enemies.

Pokemon Stadium 2 looks awesome, i like this one more than the original(and i loved the original.)

I'm glad Mario gets F.L.U.D.D. this time. Hopefully Luigi will have his vacuum.
