Anyways, here's a post from some member I found off of another board. This guy is nuts!
Sonic

Hop into a supersonic Spin Dash. If you charge it up just a bit, your speed will increase.
It’s also possible to rise up while spinning.
Spin Dash, jump. A two-hit combo.
Then keep pursuing with a midair attack!
And do a Spin Dash in midair to return.
That, too?
The spin dash attack has recently been confirmed to be Sonic's side special move! Huh, that's odd, right? I thought for sure this move would've ended up as his standard special! Oh well, that just leaves more possibilities open for such! Ring attacks?-- who knows?
As predicted, if this hit connects with the opponent, it'll also send Sonic up in the air, giving him the chance to perform an aeirial combo-- such as his bair! You have to charge this move, but our Sonic video shows that charging will hardly be a problem! Since, y'know, he's done charging in two seconds.
Also predicted, if you perform this move while airborne, it'll only increase what seems to be an excellent recovery for Sonic! Hopefully there's no afterlag, or anythihng negative about this function such as that. We'll just have to wait and see!

And his up special move is the Spring Jump. That spring launches you wayyy up in the air.
That’s high!
You might not use it on the ground much, but rumor has it that if you do, the spring that remains can be used by other characters.
Ah! It’s true.
I really couldn't up with a better third-jump for Sonic! This spring jump seems to fit perfectly!
The spring jump launches Sonic high toward the sky in a vertical line. Hopefully we'll be able to DI our way over to the left or right, but we'll just have to wait and see for that!
What's cool about this move is that if it's performed on the ground, the spring stays on the surface and can be usable by any other character. And judging by this image, the spring will act like an additional item to other characters instead of another third-jump (based on the way Mario is shown jumping).

By holding the Control Stick down and tapping the special-move button, you charge up your spin and do a Spin Dash. This may feel better for some—there’s no pop.
Wait, another spin dash?! Despite the similarities between the two moves, the spin charge has one difference from the spin dash. That's right, no "pop". Sakurai says that this move will stick to the ground, which could probably lead to some ground combinations.
If there are any other differences between the two, that has yet to be confirmed. As what we can tell, the spin charge charges just as fast as the spin dash would. Honestly I think Sakurai could've came up with a down special that differs from another special. But hey, Sakurai knows best!

Punch, punch, kick!
This combo appears to be rather devastating, yet at the same time rather laggy. This move is actually quite relative to Mario’s standard hit combo—y’know, being a “punch, punch, kick!” thing.

Again, another move that could quite possibly be something different. This throw we see Sonic perform will most likely turn out to be either his down throw, or his forward throw. It looked more like a forward throw to me, but other people insist that it's his down throw instead. I guess majority rules!
Not much to it: Sonic grabs the opponent, jumps on then, starts spin dashing, and viola!, damage and knockback! This move seems similar to Jigglypuff’s down throw in Melee, where she throws down her opponent and starts trampling over them!

This is obviously Sonic’s bair attack. It seems rather useful, being both speedy and rather powerful. This move might be the prime move to use combo’d with the Spin Dash before-hand. Sonic’s bair is rather similar to Fox / Falco’s bair in Melee. Otherwise than that, there’s not much else to say on this move.

As you can see, Sonic is flipped upside-down, with his feet facing straight up toward the sky. This actually is similar to Fox / Falco’s uair in Melee, but it doesn’t seem to share as much as ”umph” as the space critter’s version.

Sonic pauses in mid-air, and launches a stiff leg diagonally downward, with a seemingly powerful knockback. This move has actually been spotted being performed by another character in the Nintendo World Wide trailer, and Zamus was the one to do so!
Although, we can sort of tell that Zamus and Sonic's version will be slightly different. For Sonic it's heavy and slow, while Zamus' version seems to be the exact opposite-- it's light and swift! Some predict that this isn't Sonic's dair at all, but instead another fighting-technique that can be used by all characters (such as Zamus). A rather interesting theory, but I'll put my money on it being Sonic's dair, and Zamus' down special!

Unfortunately, this image fails to give a detailed look at this particular move. In the Sonic video we see Sonic, Peach, Wario, and Bowser all at the Delfino Plaza stage. After Sonic is finished performing his already-known combo (spin dash + bair), Wario, Peach, and Bowser all approach Sonic, who seems to kick all of them in their opposite positions.
Think of this move like Mario’s dsmash from Melee, only Sonic-tized.
(this could very well likely be Sonic’s forward tilt as well, but it’s very hard to tell with such a crowded clip)

This one is a little tricky to see without a video as such, but hopefully you'll get the general concept of it all!
Sonic is seen charging up what is obviously identified as a smash attack. After charging is complete, Sonic springs up slightly in the air, and hovers in that spot while performing a spectacular spin-in-place dash!
If connects with an opponent, it seems to deal some decent damage, but with little knockback. Still, a move such as this could easily lead to some fair combos! Sonic just seems like a comboing character all around!
Claus confirmed.

Wave Dashing was more like a glitch than an actual technique or tactic - which are implemented by game designers. In Melee, Wave Dashing was never an actual in-game move which sucks because in Brawl the gameplay is supposed to be a bit more moderated to remove glitches and bugs.
I used to Wave Dash sometimes so I found it useful. But if they fix up alot of things in Brawl then there's a chance it won't return.
Also, what is this "Claus"?

HRC will be soo awesome this time around because you can play with 2 players both trying to knock it off the stage, there's a barrier now so you can't fall off, and this mode can be played online!
I'll be playing this mode a lot more on SSBB.

I also like the idea of being to use 4 control schemes, and being able to create my own.
But i will probably use the Gamecube controller the most.

Let me clear some things up.
Claus is the little brother of Lucas, who is apart of the Japan-only MOTHER 3 game. Claus is NOT confirmed-- I was just making a joke. The joke was:
Starmen.net predicted that the Franklin Badge, Lucas, and New Pork City were going to be revealed on the DOJO. They also predicted that Claus would make it in as a playable character. So, there you go.
And Claus would make an AWESOME representative for the MOTHER franchise! No, he's not just Lucas' little brother, at the end of the MOTHER 3 game, Claus comes back turned into a villain masked man / robot, which could easily give this character some potential being playable.
As for wavedashing: it's actually not a glitch, but a part of the physics in Melee. Character's slide all of the time, which is most certainly not a glitch. Whenever a character jumps in the air, and airdodges toward the ground, it causes them to slide. This was only discovered by mistake, of course, and later used for competitive play with some useful strategies added to it.
Let's see... what else?
Oh yes, E for All today! I'm getting there about an hour early, is anyone else coming? Maybe we can meet up or something like that!
And I'll get back to you guys with stuff that I haven't mentioned last time, because now I think we won't have as much restricted time to play the game, unlike the last convention I went to.
And yup, I'm back subman :P
Awesome sig.
