10-15 years ago, maybe, but now I think she's never been more interesting. Love everything they've done with both her gameplay and design, am eager to see where her story goes in the next game. Sareena missed her shot in MKX, like a lot of characters, and I don't like voting based on potential alone.

This is a massively difficult decision for me.
Kitana is obviously my #1 and Sareena is my #2.

Ordinarily it would be a no brainer in Kitana. But whilst my heart says Kitana, I wonder if Sareena could make a decentish run, tho could likely never win.

I might actually just sit this one out and let fate decide.

Ive never been this excited about Kitana. She was pretty good in MKX but Im really looking forward to Dark Empress Kitana in MK11. Sareena is like the gonna-be who never was. At this point Ashrah feels like the same idea done better and I'd rather see her. Sub-Zero can find some other friend. Kitanas time is here!

If Sareena’s finally going to become what many think she can become, it’ll be in MKXI. Otherwise, I’ll finally give up on her. Still, for now at least, I think she has the most untapped potential out of anyone in this entire series.

She has ties to Sub Zero, which could create some interesting stories. She had loyalty to Quan Chi, but turned on him. Even though QC is dead, she could still have some kind of story with Liu Kang and Kitana since she’s become a sort of double agent or resistance fighter. She’s also a demon with a “true form” which could make for some insanely fun gameplay if done well.

Kitana... I don’t know. She has s great backstory and connections to several characters, but making her queen of the Netherealm seems kinda limiting. It’s a good turn for her, but it still feels like there’s not many places she could go that I’d be excited to see. Don’t get me wrong, she’s been a great character in the past with fun gameplay and what not, but going forward?

I dunno, Sareena’s just a character I find more compelling both in terms of what she is and what she can be. Kitana’s more or less is what she is and while that’s good, it’s still not enough to get me really excited for her. I’m going with Sareena.

I never liked Sindel, so Onaga for sure.

It would be interesting to see how would be Onaga return in the current timeline. As for Sindel, she was cool in MK9, but in MKX she was like, younger, like she was Kitana's sister, not her mother.

Now that Kitana rules Nether realm it might mean Sindel can be a bad ass again. I am torn over if I want to see Onaga again or not. Its like do we really have to repeat everything already done? But it could be interesting. I think Onaga will just be in MK comics though.
