Who gives a damn if props from the games are used? And they're not just copy and pasted either (the Sub-Zero one looks completely custom), he edited them so they don't look like the same, can't you see that? Don't come here trying to act like a know-all and critique people's work when you're not even doing it right... try actually look at the pics properly.

I give a damn if the props are used from the real MK games. It's not your work if you do, but not only that, it looks worse. Also, maybe the SubZero one is completely custom, but does that automatically make it good? No, it needs to be both custom AND good. I know alot more about any form of art than you do, guaranteed. I'm clearly not the one who's not looking at the pics properly if you think that those are good.

Felt like posting again since a few people are obviously mistaken about what is and what isn't a MK prop. Also, I'm not bantering back and forth about who's opinion is better than who's, just stating some facts.

None of the three fakes I posted have any props in them from any MK game, aside from the MK logo (which is heavily altered in all cases and is a natural component of a MK fake). One is my 2d version of the Nethership from MKDA, one of the others is a pit concept for the Wastelands I created and the last one is another creation of mine called Kahn's Chambers.

Nary a pixel of any of those backgrounds is borrowed, stolen, copied or even altered from preexisting media, MK or otherwise. With the exception of the Dragon Logo of course.

If I'm mistaken or even lying, please post the prop that I used along with where it's located in my fake.

Until then, please refrain from accusing me without uttering proof first.

1. This software sucks. Bad emoticons, no coded tags, the topic and reply engine is weak and there's no spell check. It's much less simple to navigate, and overall sucks. You have been to some pretty shitty (phpbb) forums if you find this one good. But whatever, if you like it, that's fine.
