I like how you do something with the backgrounds so it won't just seem like the drawings are just slapped on the BG. What effect do you use? Nice job. I'm guessing your next art will be Nightwolf doing an "Indian Burn" on a victim? EDITED: Btw, I thought for a second the character you added is Tombtone from Spiderman.

Yeah, The Nightwolf/Indian Burn thought had crossed my mind, but right now it's 3rd or so on the list. As for the effect... Gaussian Blur then change the brightness/contrast levels.

Ideas for these are too easy, especially when you get help from the Kommunity.
