Hey guys. A while ago I made a thread here asking for someone to make me a logo for a Youtube videogame show a friend of mine and I were making. Since then, two tiny trailers of the show have been released, and last night we put up a video explaining the content of the show.
It's entirely in Portuguese, so you can't understand a word, but since there were requests to view it, I thought I'd make a thread to show it off. I guess you can still enjoy the visuals, and I'll post a rough translation.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UU8V8g2fPno

The video starts off recapping the previous two trailers, showing Mario and Pokémon actions in real life.
The first text says ''It's here...''

After the opening (which features footage from Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks, Super Gem Fighter, Spiderman 3, Sonic and Knuckles, Sonic R, X-Men Legends II, Power Rangers Super Legends, and Saint Seiya the Hades Chapter), it goes into a sort of podcast mode where me and my friend explain that the show is a video game review show which mixes the reviews with humor and us in video game situations in real life.
Afterwards, we explain how the rating system works.
Video games that receive scores from 0 to 45% get the rating MAGIKARP.
Video games that receive scores from 46% to 60% get the rating KRILLIN.
Video games that receive scores from 61 to 75% get the rating TAILS.
Video games that receive scores from 76 to 89% get the rating CLOUD STRIFE.
Video games that receive scores from 90 to 99% get the rating STAR MAN.
The rating for games that get the 100% score is locked and unknown.

After the video is over, the message shown says ''Stay tuned for the first episode''.

Thanks everyone for the support and DevilWithin for the logos!

True I didn't understand a word, but from what I SAW, I think you guys should put some more....enthusiasm in your acting/hosting. Those "dancing" scenes in front of the video game scenes look a little awkward. Other than that, good luck with this.

Nice job man, but what happened with the blue/green screen and the hair?
You should implement sub-titles for what you guys are saying...any way to do that progressively? Like a progressive translator?

Not sure what you mean by that... progressive translator? Can't say it rings a bell at all.
As for the blue screen thing...well, we had to do it with a bed sheet in my room at the last second, and yeah it wasn't the best way. And while I was speaking, my friend was holding the microphone and he disregarded the fact that it was right behind me so it could be seen, I think that's what you mean about the hair.
Anyway, thanks a lot for the feedback and criticism guys, it's being fun working on this and we can't wait to get better.

Oh okay about the hair thing. Improvised basically, I've heard of using a sheet before. So that's not bad at all. Unfortunately, I don't have any real experience with video, otherwise I'd give up some tips......

Looking at it a couple times now, it really just seems like the color black is being disturbed. Beyond a healthy observation...that's all I can offer for help with video.

What I mean about the "progressive translator" is like what you see as a feature on alot of t.v.'s. It's where, if I'm a deaf person, I can turn on the sub-titles, set the language to what I want, and read what I'm seeing...as it's being talked about.

It's progressive because it would translate to readable English to me(at the bottom of the screen), as you guys talk in your native tongue. One idea for a happy medium.

PS: lol, I keep watching it to see you guys run across DW's logo. haha..

Yeah, couldn't understand a word either but seems pretty cool.

For a bed sheet that's not a bad attempt at colour keying!
Judging by the shadow it looks like whoever is standing pretty close to it so you could try standing a little bit further in front of it and getting as many lights on the sheet alone as possible - that should help even out the colour and help whatever compositing software you're using identify that the colours are different.

I haven't seen Sonic R in about 8 years so that was cool to see a clip of it, lol. The music in that game was hilarious.

Still not sure what was with the dancing confused.
