CraveOnline have the next preview for DC Comics' digital-first Mortal Kombat X! The Second Chapter hits digital platforms Sunday, January 11, following on from this week's inaugural instalment [review].

The comic book tie-in is a long awaited return to a medium close to Mortal Kombat. The series promises to help bridge the gap between 2011's Mortal Kombat video game reboot, and this year's flash forward sequel Mortal Kombat X!

Forrest Fox is a VERY Japanese name. Kind of makes sense for a Shirai Ryu, considering their Japanese heritage.

Foxes are very prominent in Japanese culture, myths, folktales etc. They are a culturally iconic animal in Japan, you could say.

Forrest is also a normal first name(i.e. Forrest Gump, Forrest whitaker)) also Fox is a common last name(i.e. Megan Fox, Jamie Fox, Michael J. Fox)

That escalated quickly. Hellraiser-ish at the end.
And on a more humorous note, as someone on Gamefaqs pointed out, Takeda must be the world's heaviest sleeper to snooze through the massacre of well over two dozen people in the same room as him.
