The wait is almost over! Mortal Kombat: Legacy fans can officially mark their calendars for a second series debut: September 26th! YouTube hosts of gaming objet d'art Machinima have released a new trailer to accompany the release date.

The classic story of Mortal Kombat gets remade again by director Kevin Tancharoen as the action ramps up and the warriors enter the tournament!

the only part i dont get at all is why the triler shows Stryker teleporting??
actually it shows many characters performing a teleport, but the other ones are "super-naturals" chars, but stryker looks weird.

Since everyone had the exact same teleportation effect, I'm guessing that they were all teleported there by someone else.

Just because they're "supernatural" characters, doesn't mean they have the ability to teleport. They're all teleporting into the same place, with the exact same effect. It doesn't take a detective to understand what is happening.

Looks great, can't wait for it to start.

That said, why oh why did they make Ermac like that? He looks terrible. He also looks like a shitty version of Reptile. One of the best character designs in MK imo and they just had to shit all over it. Really hoping he's not some mindless growling beast for Kenshi to kill off and that they instead somewhat stick to his story arc from the games. At the absolute least I hope he has the same abilities he had in the games.

You can't please everyone. Ironic thing is, though, you'll still end up watching every single episode and giving MK Legacy the exposure it needs. So, you're doing your part whether you like it or not, tool.

I don't understand why people are so hung up by Ermac. It's a different iteration of MK altogether. They never said they were going to be 100% faithful to MK. It's his spin on it. So Ermac looks like a sewer mutant big deal. So Raiden has a beard so what?

Ermac is like, the Baraka of season 2. Either way. Im interested in seeing it and hoping its better than season 1. Not that I had a problem with season 1. But, it could have been better.
