1. Your insinuation that women are weak.

While women, in general, are smaller than men and tend to be more frail, that doesn't necessarily equate to weakness. Many martial arts don't revolve around brute strength, but rather utilizing an opponent's momentum against them along with a number of quick strikes and dodges. Women, in general, have better equilibrium than men - it's an evolutionary trait developed to protect fetuses in utero. This is why ballet and gymnastics tend to be heavily weighted toward women, genetically they are better balanced. A woman, well trained (Special Forces anyone) can use her advantage in balance, dodging, and precision to make up for the differential in strength. A well trained woman knows her limits. If she can't out-do her opponent in strength, she'll need to compensate. Look no further than the Israeli Defense Force. Both sexes serve and both learn Krav Maga, though implementation of certain moves alters based off of the sex of the user to give the best advantage.

2. Lack of Femininity

I really don't know what you're on about with this one. In MKX, yeah Cassie, Jacqui, and Sonya were in Special Forces garb, but that didn't really diminish their femininity. Look at Cassie in MKX, her suit is skin tight and intentionally frames her breasts. Her alt was her in Yoga pants so we could get a look at her ass. In MK11 we've only really seen Sonya and Skarlet. Sonya, I believe, was shown having a model with a bare midriff and Skarlet has a Power Girl-esque hole for her cleavage, and her breasts are framed by a half-circle above each breast and diamond pattern directing the eyes to her breasts up from her (very lean) torso.

3. Kitana Beating Shao Kahn

Why is this a problem? Kitana is a God damned Edenian who is now the Empress of Hell! The very nature of her being Edenian alters her from being just another woman. Hell, if they were still alive and not revenants, Kitana would outlive Liu Kang by centuries and still be hot as ever. She was also an agent of Shao Kahn and likely murdered countless men in his service.

This is not even close to being accurate. Sonya was barely touched by Kano and the fight lasted all of (roughly) five minutes and Kano never fully held the upper hand.

It isn't like DC or Marvel are taking the reins of the series and pasting boobs on Liu Kang (Lucy Liu Kang, anyone?) as they've done in recent superhero films (the new "Captain Marvel" being the most recent example that comes to mind).
