Highly doubt it would be Kitana and Jade. I think the goal is to eventually get klassic alts for every klassic character. The ninjas, the ninjettes and the cyber ninjas all have one klassic alternate now. I think they are moving to the rest of the cast.

I still think its possible that unmasked Sub could be released soon, though, as he was treated as an entirely different character in UMK3.

I think Sonya is DEFINITELY going to be lime. As for the blueberry, I think it could be Stryker or Subby, and I'm kinda torn on that one. Unmasked Subby has a lot of demanding fans, but Stryker makes sense because he's a part of Sonya's storyline.

As for the whole idea of splitting "blue" and "berry" to get Kitana and Mileena, I REEEALLLY think you're overthinking it. The dude isn't a cryptologist, he makes videos for a living. The repeated formula seems to be 2 free klassic skins per compatibility pack. I think they'll stick with that.

Then Tanya, Fujin, Nitara, Havik, Tremor, Hornbuckle, and exactly on Halloween night we get Freddy & Jason in 1 Pack! These will probably have classic fatalities in place of costumes for an extra-add-on!!!

Do we really need anymore cyborgs? Next thing you know we're gonna get a DLC pack of Cyborg Kitana, Mileena, Jade, Skarlet and just for the heck of it throw in a cyborg Tremor.

That's why I pray they don't waist a DLC character spot on Cyber-Smoke, instead just a skin; same with Cyber-Reptile hense he's already in the game in the Challenge Tower.

Notice how annoying this is getting with each person saying stuff like this with the ninjas and cyborgs. But these are just examples. You can't control what NRS/Midway does when they think and create characters on their own unless we the fans demand for characters that are already created or fan favorites other than that if you don't like what they give or even appreciate then you guys might as well go to a different fighting franchise or take this debating over to another thread cause its getting really annoying.

This is a forum, dissent is apart of that. I will voice my dissent/opinion and the facts:

The ninjas all have retros: cyber, male, and female are included in that.
Now my opinion, this is a thread about retro costumes included with the compatibility packs, which means those who are tired of the ninjas getting costumes when all of them have one are entitled to say as much.

It's time to move on to other characters and while it might be unrealistic, I hope they actually do what's fair instead of what's easy for retro costumes, that is all.

Im still waiting for actual MK9 costumes for the characters and not anymore classic costumes. They are free though so i shouldnt complain too much.

Well idk about everyone but i for one love the retro costumes, growing up with MK and being an old school gamer it feels good seeing these costumes instead of the "newer" designs

I agree, I just want everyone to be on equal footing, but I would love some new original costumes as DLC, provided they're reasonably priced.

But we are suppose to be guessing what the next batch of retros are gonna be not debating over whats necessary or unnecessary and to add what you guys said about being "fair" if they were to waste their time making individual retro outfits for non ninja characters then EXPECT them to charge you for them and don't complain about them not being free. You know what -_- who am I kidding people are gonna complain no matter what whether its ninja retros or not but I certainly won't be complaining.

Opened up this thread expecting to see a Kitana and Jade Lesbian showdown.

Just a few more days and we'll have a cnfirmation on who the next retros are, should be interesting and Rain's trailer coming right next to that, so much awesome stuff coming our way

The Rain trailer is coming Monday, so the Retro pack trailer should be released pretty soon afterward. Rigo's pretty speedy, I think.
