I'm about to have an anyeurism over all this. When I get back home I'll put up opinions on more characters.

I only care about the female and I'm very pleased with all of them with the exception of Sonya. She looks ugly, her face is just off =/

How does Smoke look like a troll doll? He looks like a person with long, white hair that has just jerked himself forward into a battle pose, therefore sweeping his hair back with the resulting wind.

And his hand placement makes me think he uses the Snake fighting style or something similar.

One thing that annoys me about Sheeva is, if you look at her shoulders... it appears they changed her spots into warts, almost... and while it's a small touch, I just feel it works against her.

Warts just aren't as attractive as spots. I'm not saying Sheeva was the best looker in the bunch before... but adding a bunch of warts to her shoulders certainly isn't helping things. Looked much better when it was just a spotty kindof "freckle" texture on her skin.

That's why those little smooth tropical rainforest frogs are so much cooler than a big lumpy brown toad. Same basic principle. lolz... :P

Smoke actually looks awsome. I definitely like Smoke's design.

Sheeva doesn't look bad. She has nice boobs. I wonder if she has a flat or big ass...

Quan Chi looks the exact same design. Hmm...

Kabal looks frightening with that burned skin...that looks like Freddy Krueger's.

She actually looks pretty good. Whoa, isn't she even wearing a bra? She most certainly is not. The fact that I can see her nipples through her costume. What a nice nipple she has. *droop*

Sonya looks beautiful in the VS pose. I like it even more, her face looks great, her eyes look amazing. Have she real boobs normally, it automatically means they are not fake?

Jade looks so hot! There is something really sexy about her.

The VS pose is better than in the select screen. The select screen picture was incredibly boring.

I find the idea that Quan Chi could dupe Shinnok with a fake amulet about as believable as I would find Frodo tricking Sauron with a phony Ring.

Oh no, the continuity of my fighting games horseshit storyline is off. Oh wait, I play the game to play the game, not to delve into an awful story mode to accomplish my pseudo-ninja wish fulfillment.
All of the renders look fairly decent. Kabal, and Stryker are unbelievably well done. Also, as I said about 150 times in that one thread, Smoke looks 100x better than in that select screen pic.

Please, someone leak Quan Chi's alternate costume.

I like Smokes' armor, the hair is still a little weird but that's fine. He's still looked the best he has in uh...ever?

I don't know what happens in the story mode and how Sub-Zero (human) gets turned into a cyborg, but I find the difference in arm thickness between the two characters a bit too big. While human Sub-Zero's arms are very bulky, the cyborg's version are very slim. Just strange... Again, I don't know what exactly happens with his original body during his conversion into a cyborg.

Also, as someone else pointed out, Sheeva's arms and fingers are kinda phucked up.

Again, Stryker just looks fantastic, he deserves another shout out from me.

Shang Tsung's eyebrows are thicker than Boon's, that's quite an accomplishment.

Cool thing is that all of these VS pictures are for P1 side and bosses are nowhere to be seen. Does that mean they are unplayable? I sure hope so.

Minus the nightgown and a bit more combed, lol. I understand if you don't see it, but I do and its driving me crazy.



And for his picture on the character select screen did he just jerk his head back like those chicks in shampoo commercials? Or no, was there a strong wind when that picture was taken/drawn? Jokes aside I get what your saying here, and i wouldn't be surprised if his in game model had the hair at his shoulders, but either way I just really don't like it.

Its killin me inside that people like Smoke's look. I know forcing my opinion on others is wrong and immature, but c'mon guys. Who put the ninja mask on grandma?

Something so silly shouldn't bother you man. Just shrug it off. Anyway, I like Smoke's design just because it appeals to me. It doesn't have to appeal to you for me to like it. That's why opinions are opinions.

Baraka looked retarded in MK2, MKT and also not that good in MKA, but this one is SO much better! Finally, as it is one of my favorite villains.

Sonya mouth is a bit off, but I still think she looks absolutely stunning this game.

Well I guess they can finally reveal Sheeva now. THE BEST MK CHARACTER IMO.

I'm going to start taking PSN's now....bc I'm going to play this game a lot....until I know how to rip the skin off of people and get them to that point with style and grace. And some brute strength too while I'm at it.

you think kung lao's look is bad? sure, its not as stand out as some of the characters' looks, but its perfect for him.

baraka and kano should definitely be in the 'perfect' list.

Oh Stryler, take thee to thine bed for some police brutality lol. He by far has the best vs render, but that's not to say that I don't like the others as well. Personally I don't know why some people are complaining about Sindel. The woman is even older than Kitana! And if in Edenia, Kitana's age is
considered young, I can imagine Sindel's age would be considered middle-aged. That being said, her having some subtle signs of aging is fitting, it's not like they made her ugly, in fact she's beautiful. But the fact of the matter is Sindel is Kitana's mother and their age difference is drastic, to have Sindel look like a fresh faced 20 year old makes no sense.
