The blood looks fucking fantastic. Even on static pictures,it looks amazing. Just look at that Johnny pic. Goddamn.

We can also clearly see now that the cyborgs do,in fact,bleed oil,like they damn well should. This pleases me. :3

And finally,we get a nice,good look at the huge (Orochi?) beast in Kahn's Arena,and it looks fucking terrifying.

Like I said before these are great but the next screenshots need to have the new stuff including Jax,The Subway, Shang's Throne Room and hopefully The Church above all else. And I want to see The Rooftop and The Street just to see where they're going with it. Lack of Night or whatever the hell the sky was in both of these city stages doesn't make it as cool as it should be.

Kitana's concept hair is how I hope they do her hair and not this bushy ponytail that has nothing to bind it into a ponytail in the first place. Listen up MKteam cuz I'm only gonna say this as eloquently as I can: Do her hair that way if you're not doing it already!

Love how evil Cyrax looks in this game and concept art He's not as menacing looking as Sektor but it definately isn't reminding me that he was good once.

Beautiful concept art, great background with Sindel's statue, and the screenshots are wickedly awesome.

I loved the Scorpion vs. Johnny Cage one. The blood looks great. And I noticed behind Scorpion's broken mask, his skeletal jaw is still screaming in rage. Great attention to detail.

OMFG I'm so happy to see these! The detail in this game is looking so amazing so far! This is bringing me back to the 90's I feel like a little kid in a candy store this game looks better everytime I see a new screenshot! Cyborgs bleeding oil,blood staining characters,teeth getting knocked out of place,bones breaking and coming out of skin!! I'm SOLD on this game! MK forever! Look how fucking gorgeous Princess Kitana is she looks so fucking beautiful! And Kahn's arena? That beast?!!!! Sindel's broken statue in Jade's Dessert,THAT BEAUTIFUL fucking MOON on the Pit 2 STAGE!!!!!!! I'm going to cry!

Personally, I hope like the "turn off Blood" feature there is a feature to turn off the character damage. Sometimes it's a bit much for me, and the models are so good I'd like to look at them unflawed.

Fuk everything looks perfect, I'm blown away once again. I honestly don't see anything wrong, I love everything about this new MK. My beautiful Edenian Princess looks jaw drooping. And for those of you who are wondering why she looks pist the fuk off, DID YOU NOT SEE SINDEL'S STATUE!? Yeah that's why. So Shao Kahn you better watch your ass and you too....Mileena!

I think Deception let you control blood levels right? I can't exactly remember if it was in place for other games.

The blood effects do look good though, they were atrocious in MKDA-MKA. And Kitana really does looked super pissed. She's most definitely ready to cut a bitch.

First of all, I'd like to point out that the desert stage is still known as Jade's Desert. Just because. ;P
Also, I love the stage concept this time around with the broken Sindel statue lying hidden in the sand. It's a huge hint to that the desert was once part of Edenia.

The screenshots look nice, but what I am mostly stunned about is the beauty and details of the concept art of Cyrax and Kitana. Cyrax looks absolutely awesome and I think the MK team might be a bit inspired by Iron Man this time around when making Cyrax and Sektor.
Kitana is absolutely gorgous. She looks strong and agile, yet feminine and beautiful. Her hair looks alot better in concept art than we have seen from ingame footage so far. I'm still not all fond of her outfit and her fans look all too simple and odd to me, however, the overall look is growing on me.

I wish I could understand Spanish so I could read the article. Can someone make an overall review about it? That would be great. ^^

And I know what you mean about the hair. If it actually looked like gorgeous free flowing locks it'd be fine

But in game it just looks like a big tube of hair, that frankly looks like it's full of split ends :S

It looks a bit shorter to me in the concept art as well. That could just be the wavyness of it though.

Y'know, I've been thinking the same thing ever since screens started getting released.

I'm by no means saying the blood effects or character damage are bad or poorly done, I'm saying that for me personally it's a bit much. These are really high quality models, and for the sake of it I'd like to have the option to disable these effects.

No, I completely agree. The damage looks cool and all, but sometimes I just like to admire the character models and that's a little difficult when they're all torn up and covered in red.

the pit stage looks different... why is there noone fighting in the background??

does this mean we might have 2 pit stages and see the return of characters falling to there death and not been impaled on spikes :D
