They don't want any more threads about Freddy. And they really don't want threads about the battle between the pro-Freddy and pro-Crappy "Real" MK Character from Post-MK3 people.

And they absolutely do not want people pointing out that they don't want these things.

My dislike for guest characters aside, his special moves do look pretty cool. I especially like the crawling hand projectile thing. His fatalities however look really lame to me. The 'Johnny Depp' homage is nice but poorly executed and the boiler is just tame. I would've expected more from a violent horror icon.

The more I look at the trailer, the more surprised I am at how much I like what I'm seeing.

I still wish/expected for a REAL MK character, though. That will always be a major disappointment.

Oh well.

Mk10 shouldn't be that far away (unless they are working on a MUCH needed amazing adventure game).

If I can offer anything positive to this discussion, I am interested in seeing what Freddy's Babality will be. I'm also curious to see if they'll give him the "Kratos" treatment for when he gets fatalitied.

Actually, i've seen someone do Rain's fatality on Freddy and he expanded like everyone else did(except for Kratos). Go figure

Yeah, I just read your post. Good post, but you didn't address them the same way as I. That's not criticism BTW, just an observation.

If there is anyone else besides the two of us that is actually neutral in this silly debate, I think they should make themselves known.

I wanted Freddy and obscure MK characters at the same time. Why choose between Freddy and Drahmin (one of my picks for DLC), when I can ask for both instead?

Hm... I'm not a big fan of guest characters in games, because it's always hard to explain why they are in this "universe" or how they come in.

In this case i really love what i see. I even think that Freddy fits better than Kratos ( and I like playing with Kratos ). I'm really looking forward for Freddy. He seems really fun to play ( like all of the DLC's so far ).

But I really hope that NRS don't bring any more guest characters. I can except one or two guests but not three and more. Because it can change the game in a direction i don't want ( from MK to a groupmeeting of invalids horror movie badasses ).

I really hope that NRS give us 4 new DLC's in the future. With one NEW MK kharakter :D And please no Jason or Michael ( no jackson either ).
